Completely new property, have all required amenities for short stay. Place is in a 30min walking distance from the city centre/central station. Very quiet and peaceful area.Host gave detailed check in/out instructions.

I really enjoyed my stay in Gothenburg. The apartment was looking exactly the same, as in photos. Elias explained super clearly how to get there from airport and how to get keys. I really recommend, if I would go next time to Sweden, I would choose once again Elias' place :)

The apartment was so clean and lovely. I have never seen a cleaner apartment, i would totally recommend. And the host answered really quick. 10/10 airbnb.

Ich blieb erst zwei Nächte und verlängerte dann auf insgesamt sieben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Schön am Wasser gelegen und stadtnah. Die Wohnung war top top sauber, alles hat funktioniert. Wenn man beim Duschen nicht voll aufdreht, gibt es auch keine Überschwemmung. Kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

great budget place to stay, missing some basic things like a kettle and bedside table but nothing that can’t be worked around. only note i’d say is that this seems to be a business rather than an individual run, so quite an impersonal experience.

My two adult children and I had a wonderful week at this apartment. It is bright, spacious and clean. It is located in an ideal location; walking distance to many great restaurants, attractions and the water. Andreas was responsive throughout our stay and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Arrival and departure were easy and all instructions we received ahead of time were helpful. We would be happy to return.

Our stay at Elias was what we expected. We are used to stay/live/travel around Stockholm. The studio was easy to find. Way to the station took about 7mins and about 20 to get to the city.The flat was really clean, had nice equipment and the neigbourhood was calm even at weekend.Thank you very much for this opportunity. We would like to stay at yourplace some time in the future for sure. :)

Great stay, thoroughly enjoyed my time in Sweden !

Summer visit. The room was as described. It was small but so was the price ;) Bike storage in a locked room the basement worked fine. Ample but a bit expensive parking outside the building. Bike in/out to the lifts. Close enough to shops and the beach. The outside area wasn't exactly beautiful but it offered a great view and much longer evening-sun than down in the city. Would consider renting again.

Flott leilighet med solrik balkong og nydelig utsikt. Vi var i Åre for å sykle, og det er gangavstand til sykkelheisen og turstier rett utenfor leiligheten.Leiligheten var i helt topp stand, kun sofaen som var litt sliten.Hyggelig vert som var rask på å svare.Vi parkerte ca 400m unna leiligheten hvor parkering kostet kun 15 kr dagen.
