Très bel emplacement et joli appartement. Sombre mais ça ne nous a pas trop gênés et des voisins du dessus qui avaient le pas lourd, mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Die Wohnung war tagsüber hell, immer ruhig. Schönes Altbau-Ambiente. Küche funktionell. Aber: Bad klein und renovierungsbedürftig, Duschstange sehr wackelig/lose, keine Ablagen außer ein Brett in 2m und 2,3m Höhe. Keine Türen außer zum Bad. Vorhang zum Schlafraum. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war ausgeklappt und durfte nicht eingeklappt werden. Das war auf den Wohnungsfotos anders und wurde uns als Hausregel erst kurz vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Sofabezug war recht fleckig. Küchenlampe ohne Schirm. Eine Stehlampe ohne Glühbirne. Kein Nachttisch oder Lampe am Bett. Geschirr und Kochutensilien nur in Minimalausstattung. Die Wohnungstür war extrem schwer auf- und abzuschließen, dadür brauchte es viel Geschick um die richtige Schlüsselposition zu findenWir hätten Mängel natürlich direkt melden können, wollten uns damit aber nicht im Urlaub herumschlagen. Es ging ja irgendwie auch so.Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung aber besser nur für 2 Personen oder kleine Familie.

A kind and relatively responsive guy. Very close to VM8 lift so for Åre Bike Festival this is a good place to live. Very clean inside the space itself and everything was easy to find and use. 10/10 for anyone that needs to be close to the VM8 lift

We spent three nights in Elias’ apartment, everything was according to the description: the place was clean, located close to public transport and city centre. Elias gave us clear instructions throughout our stay making arrival and departure as smooth as possible. The only downside would be that there were no blinds in the apartment so if you are sensitive to light it will be difficult to sleep. Otherwise I can 100% recommend.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful area of Stockholm. Pretty small but fine for one person.

It was a nice flat, however, it was very hot in the top-floor and there were unexpected rules which weren’t named before (noise detection at 65dB!) - even boiling water is louder!

We had excellent weekend in Åre. The chalet is located super close to slopes and it takes about 5 to 10 min walk to Åre square. Instructions we received from Pontus ware really clear and the house rules are reasonable. If I have to complain about something I would say that the chalet could use a new shover curtain and maybe a new set of tableware. Thanks again Pontus!

Vi var 3 generationer fra Danmark til familiefest i Stockholm. Lejligheden var perfekt til formålet. Stor og med super beliggenhed. Både i forhold til at komme rundt i byen og med super restauranter lige om hjørnet. Kan varmt anbefales.

Boende ligger 5 minuter från centrum med buss, bra förbindelser. Rent oh fräscht och passade vår vistelse bra.

Bardzo wygodny mały apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Dojazd komunikacją miejską z centrum w 10 minut - 2 przystanki, a przy tym położenie na dawnych terenach portowych, przy nowoutworzonym parku z basenem, dodatkowo niedaleko piękny park na wzgórzach z widokiem na całe miasto (Keillers Park). Cały kompleks, w którym znajduje się apartament jest nowy, bardzo ładny i czysty, dużo zieleni i przytulna atmosfera. Apartament dla w sam raz dla dwóch osób - duża łazienka, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem, wygodne łóżko na antresoli, klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, czytelne i szczegółowe informacje o tym gdzie pobrać klucze i jak odnaleźć apartament. Gorąco polecam!

Elias place is absolutely wonderful! As opposed to cookie cutter Airbnb with bare minimum amenities, Elias's place was fully stocked and could truly be called a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Stockholm.

This place worked well for my family's vacation to Stockholm. It is located in a very residential area less than 10 minute walk to the Gardet metro entrance. We found a grocery store nearby that served our needs. You do need to venture further into town for restaurants, bars, and shops. We often just walked but the red line metro ran from Gardet to Central Station to Gamla Stan to Sodermalm so was extremely easy and convenient to take to most of the main areas and attractions.The apartment is comfortable for four people. There is not a lot of storage for suitcases or places to unpack clothes. There are a couple of closets in the hallway (one with shelves) which we used after moving some things around. And the bathroom is small but we know things are different in Sweden and actually liked the minimalist approach. The living room and kitchen were great.Our host Olof was quick to respond and very helpful. We definitely recommend his place and would love to stay there again.
