Konaklama yeri kesinlikle fotoğraftaki ile alakası yok. İlan açıklamasına yazdıklarını söylüyorlar ama daire ilanlarını ayırmalılardı. Fotoğraftakinden çok daha küçük bir yerde konakladık ve bence parasını hak etmeyen bir daireydi. Konakladığım dairenin boyutu ilandakinin yarısı kadardı, tuvalete ve lavaboyu kullanmak oldukça zordu. Apartmanın konumunu beğendik ulaşılması kolaydı. Odadaki imkanlar da yeterliydi. Puanımı görseldeki odanın verilmemiş olmasından, daha küçük evin daha büyük bir evle aynı fiyata kiralanması ve 10:00 check out - 16:00 check in saatinin bana saçma gelmesi. Bu kadar ufak bir ev için temizliğe 6 saat ayrılması çok saçma geldi. Giriş yapmak için çok fazla bekleyip çıkış için erkenden kalkmak zorunda kaldık. Genel itibariyle parasını hak etmeyen bir konaklamaydı.

El anfitrión me pidió directamente que le diera una evaluación de 5 estrellas, lo que me parece bastante mal. El alojamiento es suficiente y aproximadamente coincide con la descripción. pero hay dos problemas fundamentales. es demasiado pequeño: a penas hay espacio para comer dentro del apartamento y el baño es extremadamente pequeño, definitivamente no tiene suficiente espacio para utilizarlo con comodidad (casi tienes que estar sentado en el WC para utilizar el lavamanos). el otro problema es el ruido, las paredes son muy finas y se oyen continuamente los ruidos del vecino. me da pena que nuestras ciudades se llenen de micro apartamentos así para aumentar la rentabilidad pero a expensas de una muy pobre habitabilidad. por otra parte, la lluvia de mensajes automáticos terminó siendo bastante molesta, especialmente los continuos recordatorios del check out días antes de la salida, una experiencia bastante impersonal. Por lo demás, es suficiente para pasar unos días.

Elias’ place was perfect for our quick 2 day stay in Stockholm! It was just as described and extremely walkable (~8 mins to Gama Stan area). We loved the area it was peaceful but accessible to all the major areas. Would definitely recommend for a quick stay!

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
