Highly recommend this place. Although it is slightly out of the way of the center of Stockholm, the Karlaplan station is just a 2 minute walk away. Elias was very responsive and his instructions for check-in were easy to follow. We enjoyed the shared balcony and found the bed to be very comfortable. It was a great place to conclude our two-week journey through Scandinavia.One con was that the place was very dusty and hot during the day. We couldn't do anything about the dust, but we opened the main door to let in a breeze and it helped with the temperature.

I’ve stayed at this apartment for the third time already, which says a lot - I really like it and find it very convenient. The location is great: it’s close to public transport, and there are plenty of good restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great little place not far from the center of Stockholm, buses are 20m away that take you pretty much anywhere you need. Responsive host and clean apartment. Only negative is the fact the double bed is two single mattresses pushed together as well as two single duvet covers. Not the most romantic or comfy.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
