El apartamento está en un muy buen lugar y bien instalado. Tengo 3 observaciones para hacer. 1) Se publica en el instructivo la red de internet y la clave de acceso y cuando se le reclama dice q nunca ofreció internet en la publicación del apartamento. No tuvimos internet . 2) El sistema de llaves con teléfono celular es muy cómodo y muy peligroso a la vez . Tienes algún inconveniente con tu celular ( batería o desperfecto) y dormís afuera 3) Las comunicaciones son demasiado insistentes ( vía SMS y Airbnb ) con mensajes q aclaran q son automáticos, con leyendas intimidatorias como por ejemplo….multas x no cumplir con reglas q ellos imponen, como sacar la basura o doblar la ropa de cama y toallas antes de salir. La verdad es q uno está tranquilo, viene a pasear y conocer una hermosa ciudad como Estocolmo . Y siente que puede cometer una infracción permanentemente. No me sentí cómodo.

Home away from home! The appartement is super cosy and exactly as discribed. Elias was very fast in answering our questions. Highly recommended to stay here. Also because Södermalm is a very nice Area. Please enjoy as much as we did.

O espaço é super bem localizado, moderno e bem equipado. No entanto ele é um sótão, o que gera algumas dificuldades para pessoas altas, em especial no banheiro. A acomodação possui claraboias que geram uma iluminação incrível durante o dia, e impede uma escuridão completa pra dormir.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
