Eine schöne, gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine größere Straße ist in Sichtweite und auch im Hintergrund zu hören, aber das ist eben Stadt… Morgens und abends auf das Wasser schauen zu können, war großartig.

Fin plass og sentralt med det utstyr vi trengte for 2 dagers opphold.

Einziges Problem war die Bedienung der Kochfelder. Trotz Abschaltung braucht der Herd Stunden um warm zu werden, Nudeln kochen war nicht möglich. Haben im Endeffekt 1 1/2 Stunden für Nudeln gebraucht und diese mit heißem Wasser aufgegossen….

Olaf’s place was exactly as described, and he was wonderful to work with. This location is in the heart of the old town with tons to do within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and a great place for our family vacation.

Superb location in Old Town, perfect for our 4 night stay in Stockholm with 3 guests.We didn’t hear a peep from the surrounding shops or walkway below and we were there over the weekend. Clear instructions on how to enter and lock the apartment. Great coffee machine that freshly grinds beans (just have to buy your own milk though). Clean and comfortable bedding, but the towels provided were thin and on the smaller side. The hot water does run out quickly - something to keep in mind if you have several people wanting showers.The bathroom doesn’t have a window or exhaust fan and so does get quite stuffy. Overall, the apartment is as advertised and makes for a pleasant stay.

Thank you everything in general was good, the only details are, I didn't find any shops close without the need of taking car / bus, the floor in appartment was a bit dirty with many hairs and the hot water in the shower lasts only few minutes (around 6) so is not enough to shower 2 person one after other because the water gets very cold.

Väldigt fin lägenhet, nära centrum men där kändes ändå tryggt. Mysig och allt man behöver finns.

Nice, clean and cozy little apartment. Host is very responsive and friendly. The place is not easy to find though and a bit smaller than expected since it is not possible to stand upright upstairs where the beds are located. Also there are only two single beds which is why I probably would not recommend the apartment for couples.

Todo genial! Esta a 50 minutos en transporte publico del centro pero la zona es muy tranquila y con tiendas y sitios donde comer alrededor. El interior del apartamento es impecable y todo salió según lo previsto.

Saubere Wohnung und super Lage! Leider haben von 5 Heizungen nur 2 funktioniert. Hilfe haben wir bei der Lösung des Problem nicht wirklich bekommen.. Es war nachts ganz schön kalt… Schade!

Elias hat mir die richtigen Anweisungen gegeben um alles zu finden. Er war stets bemüht, dass mein Aufenthalt super war. Er war sofort erreichbar und kümmerte sich direkt um mein Anliegen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt.

Nice apartment in a good location in Stockholm. We had a great time! The apartment is new and clean. We would recommend this accommodation! Everything is there, even a washing machine (with a drying combination). Only we missed a kettle, if that was there it would be complete. Good to know: we would recommend this apartment for parties of two people, because the couch that turns into a bed for the 3rd and 4th person is uncomfortable (really hard). Also it's a bit too small for more than 2 people.

Our priority was to get suitable accommodation for 4 nights for two adults and two children, as well as a free parking space. Andreas' apartment was the perfect choice. Although it is quite far from the tourist center, we bought a 72-hours family ticket for public transport, which included the metro and ferry, which were worth visiting anyway. The only thing I lacked in the apartment was a kettle, but water can be boiled in a pot or heated in a microwave oven. Other things were perfect. Very comfortable beds, snow-white bed linen and towels. The instructions were precisely accurate and timely. Definitely recommend for short or long stay.

An amazing stay. The place is totally clean, modern and utilities like sheets, towels are all of very high quality and were a delight to use. A little downside of the ruins outside is that they block a lot (but not all) of the sunlight. Definitely recommend for people who enjoy modern look and feel of an apartment :)

Everything's was perfect! Thr Airbnb was well-located, well-furnished, clean and cozy. I will absolutely book it again if the chance arises.

Bien pour le prix, logement très efficace, pas de superflu, style un peu industriel mais j'ai apprécié mon séjour, l'appartement est proche d'une station de métro et de bus, c'est très pratique
