The apartment was stylish, comfortable and very spacious. It was a great place to relax in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. It had a very big kitchen and cooking there was enjoyable. The apartment was close to transportation, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Elias was very clear in the information he gave and was very prompt with all his responses. I highly recommend this apartment.

For what I paid the place was perfectly satisfactory. Would be nice if a few more pillows were provided and extra toilet paper. Location was fine, not the nicest area but also not the worst. Not really possible to cook given the equipment provided, small frying pan and small pot only. A kettle would be a great addition. I would recommend this place to friends and stay again. Communication with host was great.

Would be better if they put coffee also 😅

Perfekt boende med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. Vacker utsikt och gångavstånd ner till byn. Toppen att komma direkt ut på vandringsled precis utanför hotellet. Vi hade önskar en barnstol annars kanon. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Communication was super easy and straightforward. The apartment itself was also very nice and clean. The location itself is okay but not optimal since its quite a bit of a walk from the main station and there are also not many stores or restaurants in the close proximity. However, e-scooters and bikes are right outside the apartments that one can use to get to the next restaurants and stores which was also a fun experience .

tolle Unterkunft wenn man für paar Tage verreisen möchte :) Die Lage ist schön und das Apartment minimalistisch aber reicht auf jeden Fall aus! Meiner Meinung nach etwas zu minimalistisch aber für den günstigen Preis kann ich da nichts weiteres negatives sagen.empfehlenswert! :)

I had a great stay at Elias’s place! The apartment, though smaller than it looks in the photos, was clean and lovely. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood is fantastic, and overall I found it to be perfect for my short stay in Stockholm. Thank you Elias!

Amazing spot for a single person

Fredrik’s place needs about 1 minute walking to the bus stop and 7 minutes walking to the subway station (gårdet). The super markets (coop and ica) are about 7 minutes away. It takes 15 minutes bus or subway to get to the central station. The place is a single apartment with two sleeping rooms (4 persons), probably the sofa is sufficient for one person in addition, I guess. The bathroom and kitchen are both about 4 square meters for one person use only, but it works just fine in most cases. The living room is a bit small for us (4 persons) but it also works just fine for having some food and kids drawing pictures etc. There was no TV, it might be something for some people. Fredrik’s instructions appeared a bit confusing to us at the beginning but we figured it out that there were two keypads we need to operate on, one for entrance and one for the door, both demand separate passwords. The apartment is clean and tidy. We would recommend it to other visitors.

Andreas’s place was just what we needed, exploring the city center as well as neighboring areas with access to transportation. Staying in was wonderful too with a beautiful water view, clean, designed, compact and functional amenities. Thank you!

Moderne leilighet i et nytt bygg. I tillegg var det parkering i parkeringskjeller som ekstra bonus. Raskt svar på alt vi lurte på.

Appartement très bien placé. Des supermarchés à proximité et ouverts tard le soir. Literie de bonne qualité. L'entrée dans l'appartement se fait par une application sur téléphone avec de la connexion à l'étranger.

The apartment was very clean and perfect for what we needed!All instructions from Fredrik were very clear meaning we didn not have to message him during the trip for any further information.10/10 would recommend!

Praktiskt

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Zentrum entfernt was es einfach macht die Stadt zu erkunden. Elias stellt alle notwendigen Informationen sehr gut zur Verfügung um das Apartment zu finden und einzuchecken. Es ist wirklich sehr sauber, jedoch fehlte einiges an essenzieller Grundausstattung in der Küche und allgemein wirkt das Apartment etwas leer. Insgesamt war es für einen Kurztrip aber ausreichend.

Studio apartment with a unique style. Not much table space. The rock walls offer some privacy, but they sadly obstruct a view that would be incredible. Easy access to the center of the city, being just down the street from a bus stop as well as a ferry stop.
