Kicsi és kompakt; szép, rendes, tiszta; jól közlekedhető helyen. Gyönyörű a kilátás, közel van a hajó- és buszmegállóhoz. Az előzetes bejelentkezés tulajdonképpen kényelmes volt, a kódzáras rendszer miatt nem kellettek kulcsok. Tiszta volt, minden szükséges felszerelés megvolt, csak az evőeszközöket nem találtuk első blikkre, mert egy fiókon belüli fiókban voltak.

La prossimo volta a Stocolma vorrei soggiornare ancora in questa struttura. La vista è spettacolare, sembrava di essere in un film.Avendo la stanza all’ultimo piano era anche molto luminosa.

Cosy and comfortable stay in a great location Location and ease of access from town and Nacka Strand. Compact and clean. Great view from Flat 5N! Thermostat worked, flat was cosy and warm, and the shower was efficient. Good amenities with a kettle and a microwave plus an iron and an ironing board (tucked away next to the bed!)
Teabags provided were a nice touch.

Great view, nice facility. Getting in the facility was very needlessly complicated Key pad outside door. One given by booking.com and I got in with that one but also another code from the establishment. After a couple of days 1st code stopped working so had to use the other one. But when first code stopped working its like oh no. I am outside and it is snowing and it is bloofy cold out here.
Doors .. yes i get fire precautikns etc but my god are they heavy to drag open.
Once inside the building, the keypad for yr room door you have to bend over to see it and its a black face .. cannot see what you are pressing. I got REALLY REALLY annoyed at the damn black surface you could not see the numbers on. I HATED that damn door. LOATHED it.
Besides doors entry anxiety .. i loved the huge big window and the view. Have just 1 staff member available because it is SCARY nobody to help you AND where are the jobs gojng to be in future? Hotel should have STAFF!

Excellent value for money and location. Beautiful view, compact modern apartment, very good public transport – we could get wherever we wanted within 30 minutes. The ferry terminal is just a stone’s throw away. Yet it’s a quiet, peaceful, and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
