Great place to stay in Stockholm. Great price, central location, good transport links, beautiful view and Andreas was very helpful and responsive. He was quick to intervene when we had an issue and helped us out. Parking was tricky to find in the area but there was a multi storey parking garage on the roundabout 10 minutes walk away which was a reasonable price and I would recommend anybody staying to use that one - Dansvikstull P-hus. Overall a great place to stay.

Lovely place, stayed here for 2 weeks and it was the perfect little studio for me and my partner.

The place is great! it's a quiet area not far from the city center. The metro station is about 7 minutes away and it takes you around 10 minutes to get to T-Centralen. It's perfect if you don't want to be around the noisy streets of Stockholm. There's also a grocery store right by the train station if you need anything. Andreas place was really clean and modern. I really enjoyed it!

It was a wonderful modern apartment as mentioned in the exposé and the communication with Andreas was very clear and reliable. A kettle would have been nice but the stove is very modern- so that’s not a thing to really complain about. Only the neighbours have been strange.When I first get into the apartment a letter with a threat to call the police if we weren’t quiet enough was found on the entrance floor inside - I didn’t thought about it much even it’s not a polite way to feel “welcome” but when I got home that evening because I first just put my luggage and got straight into the city again, there was the same letter on the door. I was happy honestly to haven’t spend the next days alone- as it was a trip with a friend because a few days ahead a woman watching us hidingly her self from the second floor in the hallway as we’ve recognised in the window while opening the door of the apartment. But beside this two creepy experiences nothing happened to complain about.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und besitzt alles nötige. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Allerdings wird gegenüber ein weiteres Gebäude gebaut, was dazu führt das es ab und an laut werden kann.

Really liked it, the view is phenomenal & all of Stockholm can be reached really fast by public transport 5/5

Perfect place for a reasonable price

Very(!) clean, quiet, and minimalist place, not cheap but affordable for Stockholm, perfect for a couple and anyone else who doesn't need a TV set or other stuff. The kitchen is usable; there is a small pot, a frying pan, and instant coffee, but no pepper/salt/sugar/... which makes cooking only economic if you stay for more than a long weekend. The bathroom door is very squeaky, it will wake the other person up at night. The hot water will last for only 5-10 minutes of showering, exactly as described. There is no dedicated workspace though, only the dining table in the one room there is. All in all we might definitely come back.

Die kleine Wohnung hat alles was man für seinen Städtetrip braucht. Sie war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage und die Anbindung an die Öffis ist klasse. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles sauber und das nötigste vorhanden. WIFI sehr gut. Stockholm Central Station in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen und schöne Wanderwege in Fußnähe.

The place was really nice. The shower was smaller than expected but it still worked.

Le logement était très propre, très neuf, rien à redire sur cet aspect, il est idéal pour passer une nuit de transition. Cependant je n’y aurai pas passé plus de temps car c’est très froid et impersonnel. Mais si nous savons ça alors aucune mauvaise surprise.

Elias’ place is perfect in all the ways that count - it was very clean, safe and in a great part of town. Check in was easy and the old elevator in the building was helpful. The only reason i’m giving it 4/5 stars is because I asked Elias for an extra towel, pillow case (for the spare pillow in the closet, because the pillow on the bed is very small and thin) and toilet paper (there was only one small roll) and he was unwilling to accommodate. Would recommend to a solo traveler for a few day stay.

Super Unterkunft, in perfekter Umgebung

Very nice apartment. The host was nice and he explained everything we needed to know. I would recommend that to anybody!

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
