Pros:The flat was spacious and very clean, and the area was peaceful and quiet. We really loved being so close to family. Having a fully equipped kitchen was great, especially the dishwasher. The host was very communicative. Room for improvement: A microwave and a few more cooking utensils would have been handy.Some of the curtains were either missing or not hanging properly. In the bedroom, although the curtains were in place, there was still a lot of light coming through. Full blackout curtains would be ideal in the bedroom, particularly at this time of year (June), when the days are much longer in Sweden.The pillows weren’t very comfortable, and we were each provided with only one large towel and one face towel for the entire six night stay, which did feel a little cheap. At first, we thought it would be fine, but in hindsight, a few extra towels would have made a big difference and would have been a small cost.That said, it was a wonderful flat to stay in overall.

Andreas is a great host, who responds timely and helpfully. His instructions about the waste management, checking-in, and house rules were pretty clear. The house is cozy and feels just like home. I highly recommend staying here! The location is very tranquil. Got confused by the recent reviews pointing an ant issue at first, but only encountered 2-3 ants. My friendly recommendation to Andreas would be to handle this issue as a minor sealing matter rather than a cleanliness problem.To those who complain about Andreas having too many house rules, let me say this: I completely understand him. Despite all his clear instructions, we actually found dirty forks placed back in the drawer without even being washed. He must be completely fed up with careless guests, and I honestly don't blame him at all.All that said, I would definitely recommend the house, and would stay again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement confortable, très calme et bien chauffé, situé au 1er étage d’une maison de 2 étages. Il est à 450m à pied de la station de métro Näckrosen.A noter que la porte d’entrée est située sur le côté et peut être masquée par les voitures stationnées.

The house is quite big but it is at least 15 minutes sway from close metro station and there was ants and small insects during our stay.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
