Jättebra boende! För information: kommunikationen hanteras av en automatiserad bot, men personliga svar kommer så småningom. Du behöver även ladda upp ditt ID och alla andra gästers ID på en tredjepartssida. För oss var det dock inget problem. Rekommenderas verkligen!

Bra läge nära kollektivtrafik, med en mataffär och flera restauranger på promenadavstånd. Den nyckelfria incheckningen var toppen! Det finns fina vandrings- och promenadstråk i närheten och det var lugnt på natten trots att boendet ligger intill en väg.

Guests should be informed that this is not a personal listing & this place is one of more than 1000 apartments that are serviced by the company Guestit. Everytime I connected with someone on chat or phone, it was a new person. There is a call centre in Latin America that deals with client queries. I never interacted with Andreas.
The cleaning is outsourced to a company & the cleaning standards were below par. We found hair on the bedsheets, pillows, wad of hair in the sink, on the utensil cleaning brush. Carpet was dirty, dishwasher had a broken glass inside & dishes had stains. However, when we complained to the company, the cleaning crew came next morning & left the place spic & span. There seems to be lack of supervision of cleaning as several other guests have made the same complaint. Please be aware that the call centre asks for photographic evidence of things being dirty & there is no personalised service. However, the company is responsive to complaints, so I gave 4 stars.

Comfortable place to stay in Stockholm Inside was clean and well-provisioned. The beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet. It was a short walk to the Coop to get groceries. The access to flats was governed by passcodes which made entry secure.

Den här platsen kunde inte vara mer perfekt centralt belägen och lägenheten var väldigt charmig. Det var enkelt att komma in och anvisningarna var jätteklara.
