Easy to book, very nice room, not noisy, lovely and well-built interior, close to trains and buses running all the time, very good value for money.

Lovely apartment on the 5th floor, clean and fully equipped. It’s very well located in Söderalm – everything is within walking distance, and you can easily walk to the Old Town too. The subway is also close by. The double bed is quite narrow (I’d estimate 1.40–1.60 m wide); it wasn’t an issue for us, but you might want to check if it feels too tight for you. The sofa bed in the living room was also comfortable and is even wider than the double bed (my daughter slept very well on it). We had a lot of seagulls on the roof across from the building (it could have been a one-off, or it might always be like that). We found it amusing—it sounded as if we were on a boat—but I can see how it might bother some people.

Great spot, good neighborhood, super well priced.

Old house as described. Kitchen remodeled with modern utilities. Good location, tram and groceries just around the corner. Some minor issues and team always responded promptly. Note it’s by the main street, light sleepers might feel it when trams pass by during night. All windows cannot open, so you might want to keep the door open when cooking.
