Wonderful place with clever designs. Loved the kitchen - so functional. Only thing is the blinds aren’t super effective, but overall it was lovely.

Fredrick’s place was very easy to find, very clean on the inside, everything was listed accurately.
However, the digital lock was not working and despite numerous attempts to fix the lock on the same night via customer services, the lock issue remained unresolved and I had to move to another air BnB for two nights. Fredrik did respond to my messages the same night of the issue, however at times it was very delayed responses. I moved to a hotel thereafter to avoid further inconvenience and confusion so I did not actually spend the night in Fredrick’s air BnB. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one due to the inconvenience with the lock.
However Fredrik remained professional and compensated me for the inconvenience.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
