Für ein paar Tage in Göteborg ist das eine tolle Unterkunft. Das Apartment entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Alles war gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Selbst bei Minusgraden und viel Schnee draußen war es drinnen angenehm warm.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was the second time this year that my colleagues and I stayed in this cosy apartment in wonderful Majorna, where there are plenty of charming cafés and restaurants nearby. We worked on a book in the apartment and it worked really well. The only thing we missed was a better-equipped kitchen, since we love cooking. For example, we lacked side plates and it would have been helpful to have basic seasonings like salt and pepper. We would also have appreciated an earlier check-in and a slightly later check-out. When we stayed in an Airbnb in Rome and Sicily, check-in was usually at 2 pm and check-out at 11 am or noon, not already at 10 am like here. We understand it’s due to cleaning, and we were offered earlier check-in and later check-out, but that would have cost an extra SEK 500, which we didn’t feel was worth it. But we love the apartment and the neighbourhood and will definitely come back again.

A lovely clean flat in an accessible location, close to shops, bars, and restaurants (and the aquarium!). We enjoyed our stay but felt the flat lacked a personal touch that you get from other Airbnbs. Most messages from the host were automated and felt too clinical. Trams were loud outside the bedroom but this didn’t bother us as deep sleepers!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
