Andrea’s apartment was very nice and in a great location. Kitchen area, dining table and living area are well-laid out. Bed room is one the small side; not enough room to access bed from both sides. Overall we had a good stay.

En liten, snygg och fungerande lägenhet med väldigt bra läge. Uthyrningen är via ett företag med väldigt snabb kundservice. Bodde tre nätter med min man, mamma och mitt barn, vilket fungerade bra men hade blivit trångt för en längre vistelse. Boendet var mycket rent annars men det fanns ett par kvarglömda skräp i bäddsoffan och badrummet. Välutrustat kök sånär som på mikrovågsugn. I skåpen fanns extra sängkläder och en barnmatstol vilket inte hade lovats.

Andreas’ apartment was lovely to stay in! We really enjoyed the location, it is so close to a St. Paul Bageri (amazing bakery) and good restaurants in Södermalm. The bedroom was a little tight but overall a great space to stay in!

This apartment was amazing! Located in a quiet area, but steps to many tourists destinations. Interiors were very nice and clean. We felt at home right away. The host was very communicative and instructions were clear. We had no problem checking in and checking out.Highly recommended!

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights. 

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
