Gracias Andreas por tu atencion. Nos prooorciono una sarten en cuanto la pedimos. Contestó rápido. El lugar es ideal y muy fácil llegar tanto en buscomo en barco. Las instrucciones fueron muy claras y el acceso también. Nos hubiera gustado tener una alfombrilla extra porque nos dejamos las chanclas y el suelo estaba muy frio.El baño era muy calentito. Agua con mucha presion y tenia secador de pelo y plancha.Quizas la temperatura del cuarto hubiesemos preferido poder regular el frio porque por la mañana estabamos a 19 o 20 ⁰ y se sentia frio.Los muros y la construcción son muy bonitas y la calle tranquila. Tener el bus ahi mismo, e incluso el barco linea 80 para llegar a la coudad es un extra que mejoró muchísimo la estancia.Hemos estado muy a gusto.Esperamos volver.Confiamos en que el apartamento lo cuiden para que no se estropee y poder volver pronto.Gracias Andreas

Good place to spend couple of days

Good location, near public transit like the train and bus. The beds were quite comfortable, the space was clean and free of clutter, good amount of utensils and dishes in the kitchen, nice furniture. My only complaints would be that we each received one bath towel per person for a nine day stay, it is lacking storage and there are no hooks for anything like towels, jackets, bags etc..Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located in a newly built area is spacious and very clean. We have felt comfortable.

A bit outside og Stockholm but easy by bus. Apartment is nice and suitable for 6 people.

Fredrik’s flat is at an excellent location, close to metro station and a few stops away from the city center. We chose to walk most of the time which does not take long. Note that it may be cold inside because central heating is not yet working but when you leave the curtains on during the day, sunlight warms up the place. The only dissappointment we had was that the bathroom was smaller than it looked in the pictures.

First of all, I must say that we had a wonderful stay. Elias helped us a lot with everything. The apartment was clean and well-kept. Most importantly, it was in a very central location. You can reach everywhere by walking. It just has some very important shortcomings that everyone has pointed out;- Toilet and Bathroom are very difficult to use as seen in the photos. There is no space to move.- The WIFI is really weak, as the host warned. It can't even be used. TV can't be used for the same reason.- There is almost no space for movement in the kitchen. Even if you have a little difficulty, you can cook simple meals.It's a great place for your short stay, you can definitely choose it. But if you are considering a long stay, you may have some difficulty.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elias’s place. It is very close to the city centre by walk. There is also huge paid parking lot right in front of it. The apartment is small but well equipped. Ideal for individual or couple.

Nice clean apartment. Great location can walk to Gamla Stan and city centre. Also close to metro stations so easy to get where you need to go! Bathroom is pretty tiny and wifi has poor range but is useable.

super new place in a very cool and modern urban environment. some parts of nearby buildings were still under construction when we stayed here, but that didn't bother us really. looking forward to how the area looks in a few months, might come back again as the apartment had everything you could have wished for.

Perfect

Great accomodation, less than 5 min to metro, calm neighbourhood and pretty close to the centre. Definitely recommended even for 4 people, however count with that the sofa isn't extra comfortable, but for few nights it's perfectly ok and large enough for 2 people. Also, count with that you have to walk one staircase up to get into the apartment (it was ok for us, but in case you have someone with disabilities with you so that you know). The terrace with great view is right next to your apartment. Also, I appreciate flexible time of arrival with the smart lock and great instruction and communication with the owner. :)

It’s a really good apartment for a fair price. I would recommend it to travelers, which are looking for a clean apartment in a good location.

The apartment is very pleasant and spacious. For two people it is excellent, but it is also available for four people. The area is very quiet and beautiful and the public transport stations are very close. Right in the parking lot of the apartment there are two charging stations for electric cars. I strongly recommend the apartment.
