This was a highly affordable unit well located near transportation in a quiet block of apartment buildngs, but it had a slightly disheveled feeling with objects strewn around its top floor entrance and parked in corners inside. There was a sufficient number of basic amenities but they were very basic indeed. Elias was very kind and responsive.

Very well located for my work. Quiet area, metro, busses and pendeltåg closed by. Supermarkets near and restaurants. Was alone for the most of my time, good for 1-2 guests. I was happy to choose this apartment for my stay(4 weeks for work).

Beautiful and cozy apartment in a quiet location. Close to bus and subway. Communication with the owner was excellent. Answered all questions and recommended. We would love to come back, highly recommend.

Perfect place!

Firstly, the location of the property was fantastic – situated in Södermalm and within walking distance to the metro. It is undoubtedly one of the most comfortable and beautiful places one could stay at. Although the bathroom is small, this was clearly stated beforehand. Even though we were staying a few extra days, there was only half a roll of toilet paper available, which we found a bit insufficient. We also felt that the interior of the property was somewhat smaller compared to the photos. The furnishings appeared to be of high quality, although there were a few minor issues. For instance, there were stubborn stains on the bed linens that could not be removed, which were visually distracting even though the linens were freshly washed and clean. Additionally, there were two single duvets provided for a double bed, which was a point of adjustment. The kitchen utensils were quite practical and useful, although the lack of a pot slightly limited our cooking options. The biggest problem was with the kettle – its base was algae-covered and it had an unpleasant odor. This shortcoming could be managed by using the microwave oven. Overall, the stay was lovely, comfortable, and relaxing.

The stay was very pleasant. The check-in process went smoothly. The property is in excellent condition and relatively new. The entrance to the building and the room are keyless, so you don't have to bring an extra key.
