Very good option to stay in if u are planing to go around Stockholm, 5 minutes walk to the tram station, very clean apartment and spacious, overall a very nice deal

Sehr schöne Lage, ganz nah am Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets darum bemüht, dass es uns gut geht – wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Das Appartement ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für den Preis eine wirklich tolle Entscheidung. Es hat uns bei euch sehr gefallen!

Nous étions quatre amies et nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Olof. Le logement est particulièrement grand, les lits sont grands et confortables et la cuisine et la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Il y avait également de la place pour ranger nos affaires et tout ce qu’il faut pour faire et étendre une lessive. Il était particulièrement propre.
Le logement est assez loin du centre mais des transports en commun sont facilement accessible (même en hiver).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Olof. L’appartement est plus grand que ce nous pensions (les photos ne sont pas en grand angle). Tout était très propre et rangé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour faire la lessive et faire à manger.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
