I was the first one to live in the apartment, so it is very fresh and nice. It is beautifully decorated and perfect. Just as shown in the pictures, even fresher :). Everything I needed was available in the apartment, and I received all the necessary instructions to both find the place and check out. It was really convenient to have an app that opens and locks the doors. The accommodation is located near Rörstrandsgatan, at St Eriksplan, with plenty of restaurants and cafes right outside the door. The apartment is situated at the top of a classic turn-of-the-century building in Vasastan. It’s exquisitely beautiful and in a perfect location. I was very pleasantly surprised. Olof always responded quickly and was extremely flexible with any questions and answers. I was a bit worried it might be cold in the apartment as described, but there was an extra heater provided. Highly recommended! I will definitely prioritize staying here in the future :).

We had an amazing stay at Olafs place. To us the apartment was a bit cold during winter time. Everything was at a walkable distance, even city centre. Apartment was located at a nice quiet area. Lovely place.

Everything was fine with the apartment, price, cleanliness, etc. All the positives fade quickly however when one cannot leave the house as planned because the door won't lock - turns out, their instructions for locking/unlocking the bluetooth-based lock were completely incorrect, resulting in significant time waste and waiting around for a rather slow and unengaged response. In general, communication with the host (or rather, what felt like rather disinterested and inattentive support staff that services the flat) was quite poor. I would expect way more responsibility and attention to detail from someone working professionally with rentals.

Very well equipped with everything you need and a lovely location in Gamla Stan.

We had a good stay here.There are shops just a few minutes walk down the road. Including groceries 5 minutes away and a McDonalds about 7 minutes away.The property is situated on the second floor, it's worth noting that it's not soundproof so you may hear sounds from surrounding proprieties. The property included the listed amenities and provided for a cosy stay.Andreas was a great host, very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions. We also stayed at one of his other proprieties in the same building which was excellent.

Nice stay, but unfortunately the key box did not work. In the bathroom, there was a very strong smell of bleach?

Great stay for us over four days to explore the city! The accommodation was very pleasant, though it's a pity it was a bit out of the center – it would have been more convenient with a car since we used Uber a lot to visit several spots on our list, especially in the evenings when returning from bars/restaurants. I had a bit of difficulty using the kitchen, but Olof was always available to explain things. Everything was impeccable, and we thank you for your warm hospitality! If we had the opportunity, we would definitely come back, excellent!

Really great and centrally located apartment in Södermalm! Very easy and uncomplicated communication! Although the apartment is very small, especially the bathroom and shower are smaller than in the photos, it is overall a really great accommodation for two people! I can highly recommend it :)
