Sitio privilegiado para alojarse. En pleno corazón de Estocolmo. El anfitrión, Williams, estuvo en todo momento muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades y requisitos. Muy limpio. Lo único qué debes tener en cuenta es que el lugar es un poco ruidoso debido al restaurante que está al lado, pero para mí eso no fue un problema.Gracias por todo!!

The location is right at one of the must visit location is Stockholm. It is surrounded by great restaurants and shops selling Swedish handicrafts. It is also very near to the metro station, which makes it easy to explore other parts of Stockholm. Host provided clear instructions on getting to the house and was very friendly too. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich. Jedoch in einem Hinterhof auf Erdgeschossebene gelegen und es ist daher ziemlich dunkel. Außerdem stehen im Hinterhof auch die Mülltonnen, unter anderem auch für das benachbarte Bürger-Restaurant, und jeden Tagen wurden diese zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr morgens geleert. Das war ziemlich laut und langes Ausschlafen war so nicht möglich. Außerdem ist die Tür zu dem Hinterhof laut und man bekommt es dadurch immer mit, wenn jemand zu den Mülltonnen will. Ein Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall die vorhandene Spülmaschine.

This place is cute, incredibly centrally located, the shower is wonderful and the beds are comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again, it was the perfect launchpad for Stockholm exploration. William was a helpful and responsive host!

-Strictly no guests except for confirmed number of guests in the booking unless from our side explicitly agreed beforehand.
-If any extra guests are seen entering we will cancel the booking without no refund as it is strictly against the house rules.
- No partying or "events" are allowed, including "dinners/drinks for friends". Ask if in doubt.
-With respect for our neighbors: quiet after 22:00.
- No smoking whatsoever (also not by the window or at the courtyard) - you need to walk out on the street. Smoking in the unit OR ON THE COURTYARD will be charged with SEK 2000 (!)
-Due to allergy: no pets allowed.
-Do not leave the windows open without properly securing them.
-Please don’t use the decoration pillows and bed throw for sleeping.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the unit (no Swedes ever do that).
-Normal check-in is 15:00 or later. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-out and/or early check-in may be possible, but will come with a fee for express cleaning.
-Please note there is a restaurant in ground floor (for instance getting deliveries some mornings). Hence the listing is marked "sound disturbed" - see that section if you are light sleeper or easily disturbed!

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
