Clean apartment, in a great area with easy access to the bus to get into the city centre. Olof is very responsive and provides very clear instructions for getting into the apartment. One downside I would say is that the apartment is lacking a TV, but this disappointment was not due to any misleading on behalf of the host, it was just an assumption I had made based on previous rentals.

Kurzum: die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat gut funktioniert, auch wenn er uns im ersten Moment in einen falschen Eingang geschickt hat. Er war aber sofort erreichbar und konnte das Missverständnis aufklären (hier war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Anreise eine Baustelle).Die Schwachstellen der Wohnung sind:1. sie ist etwas weit ab vom Schuss, man muss fast immer einen Bus nehmen, um interessante Sachen zu sehen.2. Uns sind über 50 € Reinigungsgebühr berechnet worden. Kurz vor unserer Abreise haben wir gemerkt, dass der Gastgeber uns eine Liste mit Anforderungen an die Reinigung geschickt hat, die wir selbst vornehmen sollten (Bettlaken abziehen, Müll entsorgen, etc.) und die so hoch waren, dass ich diese hohe Gebühr leider nicht nachvollziehen kann. Idealerweise hätte es außerdem gegeben: eine Ersatzrolle Toilettenpapier, ein Wechselhandtuch (bei 5 Nächten) und Müllbeutel (nicht für allen Müll hatten wir genug Beutel...).

Se trata de un apartamento amplio y cómodo, con un bonito balcón. Es fiel a lo anunciado. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Y los alrededores, por el canal, muy agradables para pasear en un entorno natural muy bonito. Cerca del apartamento hay una tienda y otro local al lado del metro donde comprar comida. El metro está a cinco minutos. Lo único a mejorar es que no había sitios muy cercanos donde poder tomar un café o desayunar, pero, bueno, no se puede tener todo.

L’arrivée dans l’appartement de Olof s’est très bien passé. Le logement était conforme aux photos, bien rangé et propre.Il est aussi bien situé avec un accès rapide aux bus pour aller en centre ville. Seul petit bémol est l’établissement qui est un peu froid et où les poubelles ne sont pas vidées tout le temps donc petite odeur dans les couloirs mais rien de gênant une fois dans l’appartement. Je recommande ce logement!

Buena ubicación y bien comunicado.... si no le doy cinco estrellas, es por la cocina limpia, pero antigua.... Los armarios y electrodomésticos.... Y le falta un microondas y menaje...

The apartment is very well located for public transport and the big conference centre. Rooms are big, beds comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. the only drawbacks were that the washing machine didn't work, and if you are using the sofa bed, there are no doors on the room it is in. overall happy with our stay.
