Casa spaziosa,pulita e ben arredata. Vista dal balcone molto bella. Abitazione vicina alla metro e al supermercato, facile da raggiungere e in un quartiere molto tranquillo. La casa aveva solo un difetto: la doccia era aperta e non si poteva chiudere. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Letti molto comodi e spaziosi.Ottimo luogo per tagliare i capelli da luke madón. Ringrazio l’host per la disponibilità.

Beautiful safe location and views. Beds and apartment comfortable, however the bathroom smelled musty, had hair/stains on them, and the dirty water would pool on the ground outside the shower and stayed the entire trip (and the shower head was never sprayed outside the shower itself). Floor was also slightly dirty/sticky when we arrived. Bathroom cleanliness could use work.

We had a really lovely stay here and overall had such a nice time. The apartment was in a quiet area and just a short walk to the metro which was really easy to use. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay, including towels and bedding. The beds were really comfortable! Views from the property were lovely. A couple of small things worth mentioning - the shower took quite a while to get warm, and the bathroom felt a little tired compared to the rest of the apartment. Also, the photos on the Airbnb listing didn’t completely match the property in person, so it wasn’t quite what we expected visually.That said, we still had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here.

Fantastisk lejlighed med smuk udsigt over byen og havet. Hyggelige cafeer i området. Tæt på Kristineberg St. og stadium. Virkelig lækkert sted, kan varmt anbefales, hvis du gerne vil bo i rolige omgivelser.

The apartment is beautiful, we found it spacious, light and super clean. The view is amazing! Everything was exactly like in the description. Andreas was replying to the messages immediately. It is just a couple of minutes to get to the metro station and there is a little cafe nearby where you can have breakfast in a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place and the host.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
