Lovely appartment in a serviced apartments building. it’s clean an well equipped.there isn’t much to do in the area, but it’s a beautiful boat ride away from stockholm centrum and kotla lake is definitely wort a visit during summer.

Die Unterkunft liegt in Södermalm in einem sehr schönen Vierteil und in einem schönen Haus mit Geschichte. Von dort aus kann man in das Zentrum laufen und viele wichtige Punkte gut erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig nach hinten in einen schönen Innenhof und hat einen Aufzug in den 2. Stock. In der winzigen Küche ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Das Bad ist klein, aber die Dusche geht für ein paar Tage. Die Beschreibung von Elias war hilfreich und ausreichend. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen.Merci Gerdi

Alles bestens. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, obwohl die Unterkunft ein wenig vom Zentrum entfernt ist. Mit der Fähre (2 Gehminuten) ist man aber in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. App. war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, aber oho - mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Fredrik's loft was extremely close to the city-center! It was great having a grocery store right downstairs and plenty of food options within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Jättefin lägenhet med allt du kan önska. Köket var rent och fräscht med alla köksredskap man kan önska. Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen över Mälaren och vyer över Stora och Lilla Essingen. Fem minuters promenad ner Fredhälls badhus med bryggor och klippor och ett gulligt café. Njuut av ditt morgondopp . Fina Solstugan ligger nära med utsikt, god mat och gott att dricka. Fem minuter till Tunnelbanan som snabbt tar dig till centrum.

Beau logement à proximité de tous les transports. Propreté irréprochable et bon couchages, y compris dans le canapé lit, ce qui est rare !Le logement est parfait pour 4 personnes. L'arrivée et le départ sont autonomes et sécurisés. Toutes les portes sont verrouillées par code électronique !Le seul petit bémol est le manque d'équipements et de quelques éléments de base (sel, poivre, huile, sucre) dans la cuisine. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Stockholm et dans le logement. Allez y les yeux fermés !

The apartment is small but very well organised and has everything that you may need during the stay. Everything is fresh, clean and well-maintained. The only nuance about the apartment that should be kept in mind is that it’s located in an old building and it has almost zero sound isolation. So you will hear neighbours, neighbours will hear you. Great location: on one side, it’s a quiet residential area, on the other side, you will live close to the central part of Stockholm in the area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The host was very nice and friendly, quickly and professionally answered all the questions. I felt I was being cared. Check in and check out were quick and easy, with very detailed instructions. All in all I had my experience was great and I would definitely recommend the place. Thank you! :)
