Très sympa, bon emplacement et bonne luminosité La localisation est vraiment intéressante, à côté d’un bus ou d’un bateau.Le studio (D) est sympa, avec les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner par exemple. C’est bien éclairer et moderne. Le checkin se fait facilement. Les hôtes/proprietaires répondent rapidement

Der Zugang war sehr komfortabel. Eine sehr gute Lage mit direkten Anschluss an Bus-und Fährenverbindungen. Supermarkt in der Nähe, falls man selbst kochen möchte. Schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser.

Location was well connected, room was comfortable and staff were willing to help with any issue. It was clean, had all the bathroom, kitchen necessities. The bus stop is 1 minute from the location, so great access to public transportation.

we had a wonderful stay! Small new Appartment with a nice little kitchen, very modern, very clean, very comfortable bed, quiet area, Check-in perfectly organized, appartment is close to bus 55 and ferry 80 ( to go into the city and museums)
We can recommend SQ Restaurant on the Elite Hotel nearby for dinner (we also had a big buffet breakfast once)
The hosts were so very nice, answered and provided information almost immediately.
It takes about 20-30 min to get into the city or gamla stan by bus.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
