Le logement d’Olof correspond à la description, il est fonctionnel et convient pour quelques nuits. Le quartier est calme et bien desservi en transports. Toutefois 2 éléments nous ont posé problème : il y avait une bonne quantité de poussière au niveau de la tête de lit et du lit en tant que tel. Mais surtout, il s’agit d’un rez-de-chausée collé à la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble, de sorte que dès qu’une personne rentre ou sort, on entend beaucoup les bruits de porte. De plus, ayant d’autres Airbnb dans l’immeuble, certains hôtes ne respectent pas les règles de tranquillité et nous avons eu un groupe de jeunes qui sont rentrés et sortis à plusieurs reprises en pleine nuit en faisant un boucan pas possible, restant à parler dans le hall d’entrée qui raisonne. Malgré ces désagréments, le logement d’Olof reste un bon rapport qualité prix pour Stockholm.

Very nice location, very central to visit Stockholm and very friendly host. We enjoyed very much the common roof top terrace with a beautiful view!

Riktigt fin lägenhet med utsikt över både byn och Skutan. Perfekt lägenhet att ha som bas för dagsvandringar i området. Rekommenderar den verkligen och Pontus är en toppen värd!

We had a wonderful stay in Gamla Stan at Elias’s place. It is in a terrific location, one block in from the water. It was close to all of the main sites in Stockholm, including the Royal Palace, the Vasa Museum, the National Museum and so much more. The apartment is on the third floor with some tricky steps, but very doable for our family with 3 young kids. There are also a number of nice restaurants on the same street as the apartment building, which was very convenient for dinner out with the family. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Stockholm for multiple nights and close to all of the main attractions.

Nice apartment in good location. The bus stop is super close and brings you to the subway station in just one stop.

Hervorragend vom Flughafen Arlanda aus zu erreichen, auch eine Bahnfahrt nach Uppsala ist unkompliziert. Von der Station Solna aus sind die Innenstadt und umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Drottningsholm) schnell zu erreichen. Der Check-In hat super funktioniert, auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat uns für fünf Personen gerade so gereicht. Die von anderen Bewohnern schon beschriebenen kleineren Mängel waren weiterhin vorhanden. Wir konnten uns aber damit arrangieren. Auch im Blick auf das manchmal instabile Internet konnten wir uns mit dem Vermieter einigen.

A beautiful flat with a gorgeous view from the balcony. TV has chromecast so you can watch anything you like by pairing your phone to it. Andreas was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions. 5 min walk to nearest metro stop.
