Clean apartment with an awesome view im a very quiet neighbourhood. There are different apartments so the one I stayed in was not as cozy as the one in the picture because it was not decorated.

Vi anlände sent på kvällen för att se att vi inte hade fått bäddat 2 sängar som var lovat från början. Jag fick dock snabbt svar av support som lovade att fixa detta dagen efter.Vaknar upp dagen efter och de är 16 grader i lägenheten. Vi går ut och kommer inte tillbaka förens runt 16:15 på eftermiddagen. Sängen har fortfarande inte förberetts och nu har Andreas slutat svara. Så istället för att bemöta kritik så lovar han saker sen slutar svara. Fint boende i övrigt men otroligt oproffsigt skött av Andreas, man slutar inte svara bara

Nice surrounding espexially during spring and summer, close to the subway. The apartment wasn't the one on the pictures. Old furniture. Good kitchen area with basic kitchen utensils. The apartment is not uppdated to the 2020's. I can recommend this place if you are staying for spring, summer or early autumn.

Our three day stay in this wonderful airbnb was amazing. The sunset from the balcony is stunning, host was responsive. Airbnb didn’t feel like air BnB it felt like home!
The metro station (Kristineberg) was a short 5-7 minute walk from the airbnb which has direct links into T-Centralen.
Bed was super comfortable also. Highly reccomended this host and cannot wait to visit again!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
