We had a lovely stay! The place was cosy and had everything we needed. We missed underfloor heating in the bathroom but lacked nothing else. The place was very well looked after and the service was excellent.We would be happy to visit again.

Fantástica ubicación

the apartment was cozy and clean. It was as expected, like on the pictures. I missed a kettle and a coffee machine and an oven would be nice. Some dishes were dirty, so I cleaned them. The apartment Hase two windows, both can't be opened, because they are defective, but with a ventilation it was no problem.The apartment is inside a apartment complex with more of them. I think no one lives there. final it was a good apartment near the place we wanted to visit and we were happy with it. Thanks for hosting us.

Overordnet et godt ophold med alle forventninger mødt, udover at der er noget kortere til loftet fra sengen, end vi i hvert fald antog baseret på billederne :-) Der er støvlevarmer, og dejlig varmt i lejligheden, hvilke var rart når man kom hjem fra ski. Lokaliteten er genial i forhold til at ende nærmest lige i lejligheden fra pisterne, samt det er nemt at tage Bjergbanen ned til den absolut hyggeligste og meget charmerende lille by.

Große, gemütliche Wohnung in perfekter Lage in Södermalm. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit Elias war schnell und unkompliziert.

Very well located and cosy cabin. Looks like in pictures. Beds in the two lower loons not that big, for more than one person.

Elias’s flat is in a great location in the old town, minutes from the ferry, a lovely restaurant and an easy walk to Norrmalm. It’s cosy and warm and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay in Stockholm and would love to come back.

Very cozy apartment in the heart of Stockholm city. Quiet area with a short walk to Old Town. Very comfortable bed. Apartment is well heated and has everything You need. Nice kitchen with oven where You can prepare breakfast. Small bathroom with a hot shower. Highly recommend for staying in Stockholm! Walk distance to many atttactions and great restaurants!

It was as I expected from the description. Small, sparse, minimalistic, clean and conveniently located! There really is not room for more than one person, but the apartment had everything I needed for my stay, since I was in Stockholm to visit my family and spent most of my time with them. The one inconvenience was that it could be noisy for light sleepers, since it’s beside the elevator and the stairs.However, I would book it again in the future.

Perfect place to stay near our son and daughter-in-law while visiting Stockholm. Very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Nous avons séjourné à 3 pendant 1 semaine chez Fredrik. L'appartement est très bien situé. Il était fonctionnel et très propre. Le seul bémol est la salle de bain qui est extrêmement petite, à chaque douche elle est inondée.La communication avec Fredrik est parfaite, c'est un hôte très réactif. Les instructions sont très claires et précises. Malgré la salle de bain, nous avons adoré l'appartement ! A proximité: station de métro, bus, supérette, pizzeria, sushi....Merci Fredrik

Pontus var en väldigt bra värd! Boendets närhet till backe och lift var perfekt.

Everything was really good. The flat looked like pictures, was very calm and so well located.The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom which could gain of some light renovation as the bath is not joint to the walls wich causes water to fall onto the floor at the first time of use. The kitchen was perfect.We would definitly recommend Elias and his flat and thanks him warmly for his reactivity.

Fantastiskt boende vid Åre strand. Trevlig lägenhet i tyst och lugnt läge som stämmer väl med beskrivningen. Gillade att det var "kodlås" på dörren då vi var fem personer så inte beroende av ett fåtal nycklar. Smidigt och enkelt att parkera utanför lägenheten. Kort promenad till Åre torg och nära till Holiday Club och Station Åre. Trevlig värd som var snabb att kommunicera med.
