The place was great and the appartment was clean and functional. I did not like that the host requested to know who is the person coming with me and to provide him with either our social media pages or linkedin pages. This felt quite intrusive. Furthermore it would be good to provide a list of amenities e.g., the apt does not provide an oven but only a cooking surface or no hairdryer so as the next guests to be better prepared. I saw in the other comments that the route to the apt is steep uphill, but note that there is a bergbanan, sort of a carriage that does part of the route for those who dont want to walk the steep road to the apt.

the apartment is not located in the city center as the price suggests but it is still pretty convenient thanks to the bus stop and the train station nearby. i had no issues in accessing the apartment from the airport as well.olof has given clear check-in and check-out instructions and has been available for any additional questions i had.my stay was definitely worth the money, i’d recommend olof’s place for anyone looking to rent a studio with a reasonable price.

Impeccable, very convenient and immense value for money in stockholm, the bathroom has a small scent but it’s due to building plumbing as the flat is brand new

We enjoyed our stay in Stockholm in Elias accommodation. It looks exactly like on the pictures so you know what to expect.There were a few things I wasn't too happy about that would have made our stay a 10/10.The worst was unfortunately the mattress. It was soooo soft that we easily sinked half a meter into it. For a 5 night stay it got definitely more and more uncomfortable with every night. Would recommend to switch it to a medium soft mattress. Furthermore there was no kettle and no coffee even though there was a coffee machine. I find it quite unhandy to buy a new pack of coffee for 4 days.Also there were no recommendations for activities or restaurants written down, which if often to find in airbnbs. The flat was clean and everything else was there, so besides the things I said we didn't miss anything.The area is good located with a bunch of cafes and restaurants around. Would recommend but only for a shorter stay.

とても囲碁ごちの良いアパートでした。シティからは少し離れていますが、アクセスまでの説明も丁寧で良かったです。マイナスな点はwifiがインターネットに繋がらなかったことです。それ以外はとても良い滞在でした

First of all, the location of this Airbnb is absolutely UNBEATABLE, as everything is within a walking distance. Not only that but you're staying withing Old Town already, amazing! The place itself was spotless once we got there, the bed was comfortable, the restroom was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was open enough not to feel squished in. Olof was very responsive as well and we never encountered issues getting in or out of the Airbnb.Now that being said, I must also add there are some details that you may want to consider: this place has almost no natural sunlight coming in at all even with windows and door open (note: we went during winter, and sunlight was extremely limited already), the place can get a bit chilly as the heating turns off at night and the radiators are not necessarily enough, and the hot water is a bit inconsistent.Personally we didn't mind these a lot as we spend most of our time outside, but keep this in mind.Great stay!

The apartment was clean and easy to access. Wi-Fi worked well. The apartment was cozy warm and the bathroom had heated floor and towel rack which was very nice during the cold weather. Travelers should be aware that there is no microwave, tv, or coffee maker. There is an electric teakettle and you can make coffee with a French pyres. Tunnelbahn, bus route, bakeries, and grocery stores are nearby.
