Apartamento acogedor en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad. Elias nos indicó muy bien cómo acceder y respondió rápidamente a nuestras dudas. Era per me un sogno tornare a distanza di molti anni a Stoccolma e credo ne sia valsa la pena anche grazie all’appartamento scelto: nuovissimo, pulito, minimal, ben arredato, silenzioso, accogliente. Per chi arriva dall’ aeroporto di Arlanda consiglio di utilizzare il servizio di pullman Flygbussarna: fermata a 100mt Norra Station. Negozi e supermercati molto vicini. Una sola nota negativa per chi dovrà dormire sul divano letto, non proprio pratico e comodo ad essere sinceri.

Duved is the perfect hub for a skiing holiday in Åre. Close to everything, but not crowded.Kimmo’s place is great for a family of 5-6 people. After skiing hang out in the living area, cook comfort food, go and enjoy the sauna downstairs,…If it’s cold, put on the wood burner oven.We plan to be back next winter hopefully.

Kimmo was great at communicating and his apartment was ideal for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable and had all the required amenities in a great location. Ideal for skiing.

Cozy apartment! Close to the slopes and the village ⭐️

Spacious, spartan apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Homey touches were missing, but comfy furniture & big DR table. Gorgeous, if squeaky, floors. Spacious kitchen, cabs are in rough shape, but great for basics. Bathrooms are small, water pressure is mighty + gets nice and hot + plenty of storage. Closets in 2 BRs, no dressers, use front hall storage. Front BR is light filled, bed was somewhat firm + we could've used more than one 12” square pillow/ea. Back BR shared a wall with the front hall + doesn’t have a door, but a plastic curtain, which didn’t close easily (or all the way) + let in light and noise from the kitchen. Apt was clean, but we had a 1/2 a roll of TP on check-in, dishes in dishwasher to put away + no requested xtra blankets. Systrarna Andersson has AMAZING pastries. Transit is close/easy. Gunter’s is a MUST. Hagaparken is great for a long walk. Obvious recommendations include the Vasa Museum and Skansen, but I also loved Centralbadet. We can't wait to visit again!

Great for skiing!

Väldigt bra och lättillgängligt, bra för många personer, man behöver inte vara i vägen för varandra, bra parkering, nära till allt!

Great stay

I recommend Olof's apartman, it is clean, it have everything you will need and it have a good conection to the city. Just follow the rules and everything will be perfect.

Struggled to get in at first but he was very responsive, especially on Christmas Eve. Place was lovely, located in the old town, very beautiful place with lots of amenities!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while attending family wedding. This is one of the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Great location, within walking distance to the centre of Stockholm and access to a number of buses and train lines. Well appointed and felt very homey. Great cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Plenty of information on how things work. Hosts were very responsive when we contacted them. For the location and size of apartment, it represented good value. Would suit a couple or family. Definitely recommend it.

Vi trivdes bra! Liten lägenhet men lagom för 2. Toppen att kunna åk skidor från ytterdörren. Bra läge! 5 min gångväg till centrum. Dessutom att efter bästa After ski på Fjällgården åka skidor ner en kort transportsträcka ända hem. Rekommenderas!

Very reliabel owner. Room with a nice view, ski slopes literally 2min footwalk away, kitchen could use a oven, fresh cloths and kitchen-towels and maybe a new pan. Oil and some herbs and seasoning were already there. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
