Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet auf einer Insel (Stora Essingen) etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig vorhanden, ebenso eine sehr nahe Buslinie, die häufig fährt und mit der man in etwa über 20 min am Hauptbahnhof ist. Ebenso gibt es in ca. 800m eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Insel fanden wir sehr charmant, es gibt eine schöne Uferstrecke (auch für Jogging) und eine Bademöglichkeit. Die Wohnung war großzügig für fünf Personen mit einem großen Wohnbereich und einem großen Esstisch. Sie ist ansprechend eingerichtet und in einem gepflegtem Zustand. Sie entspricht vollumfänglich der Beschreibung. Frederik und sein Team sind sehr gute Gastgeber, die schnell auf Fragen oder kleinere Probleme reagieren und für Abhilfe sorgen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft klar weiterempfehlen.

Elias’ place is perfect as an overnight accommodation and a short stay. The city centre is very easily accessible and expect for the decoration everything was as described. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend to much time in the apartment, the price is unbeatable. Can recommend for that purpose!

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, čisté a utúlné. Boli sme spokojní, určite odporúčame.

Our second stay and everything was great!

Good accommodation for families. Quiet surroundings. Apartment on the 5th floor. Elevator available. It takes about 20 minutes by public transport to reach the city center. The nearest stops can be reached in 5-10 minutes. A supermarket is within 5-10 minutes on foot. The landlord always responded promptly and without any issues.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et aménagé avec goût, entièrement équipé, ce qui est très pratique, surtout lorsque l'on arrive de l'étranger. A noter en particulier : l'emplacement du logement, proche de toutes commodités dans un environnement très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Bra boende, matchar beskrivningen. Nära till backen. Parkering kan vara lite besvärligt om det är mycket folk.

Jättemysig och fin lägenhet, smidig in- och utcheckning, gångavstånd till centrum. Naturen på Lidingö är underbar.

We enjoyed staying here. The apartment is small, but located in the heart of Gamla Stan. The building is old and hallway detail is great. Apartment has what one needs. View onto the street is part of the charm. Lots of great restaurants literally a few steps down from the apartment.Elias was responsive. Would recommend staying here.

Drie nachten in deze leuke studio mogen verblijven! Erg functioneel ingericht met het luxe opklapbed. Het bed sliep heerlijk. Het was een korte treinreis naar het centrum. Er zaten supermarkten dichtbij en erg handig dat er parkeerruimte bij zat.

We stayed for 4 nights. Modern apartment with new standard. Location and free parking was convenient if you travel by car. Easy access to the Stockholm freeway system. If you enjoy running, the 30 K track for the classic race Lidingöloppet is permanently signposted on the island, and makes for great runs in the seaside forests within short drives from the apartment. A fantastic, and tranquil, way to start each day on a busy Stockholm city break. Thanks!

An amazing place, beautiful surroundings, lake view from the front, well-maintained house, and most importantly, amazing view from the sauna. The host was extremely responsive and proactive on even minor details that were missing for a peaceful family. It’s worth staying at this place with such a good deal. We highly recommend it.

Elias var väldigt tydlig med alla instruktioner och svarade alltid snabbt. Boendet var precis som på bilderna och det låg bra till. Vi är väldigt nöjda och skulle verkligen rekommendera Elias som värd.

From the apartment’s building hallway, you get a nice view of the Hisingsbron bridge and the Gothenburg city skyline across the Göta Älv river. Also in the neighbourhood is the new Jubileumsparken. I really liked the apartment set up and layout, but the combined single bed is not the most comfortable and you’d have to bend your neck a little down if you’re tall when going/getting out of bed. Overall Elias’s apartment is nice and cozy and I’d stay there when next I visit Gothenburg.

El apartamento es todo lo que dice Elias. Esta en una zona fantastica, desde la que puedes hacer muchisimas actividades y visitas. El barrio es precioso y aunque tiene mucha vida durante el dia, las noches son tranquilas y permiten un buen descanso. El apartamento es muy acogedor, esta decorado con mucho gusto y muy bien equipado.A destacar: baño con sauna incluida...un lujo despues de un dia de turista.

I have booked Elias’s apartment for my dad and his wife. They really enjoyed their stay in Gothenburg! Elias’s apartment was clean and comfortable. The surrounding was beautiful! Elias himself was helpful with instructions and quick response. I highly recommend this place.

Wunderbare Wohnung (Ausnahme Nasszellen) mit toller Aussicht, super Betten, mit der Metro schnell in der Stadt, cooles Burger-Restaurant mit schöner Aussicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einfacher Check-in, beste Kommunikation - Andreas konnte unsere Fragen in sehr kurzer Zeit beantworten. Vielen Dank durften wir Deine Wohnung nutzen!
