Andreas is a great host and communicated very promptly. We experienced an issue with the curtains and he sent someone over to sort the issue right away.The property is in a good location if you are looking for something a little quieter out of centre. It’s close to the subway and has lovely views over the water.The flat itself is very tired ans does need an uplift, particularly the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was also a little lacking in items.That being said, the flat is good value and this to some extent reflected in the price.

Pros:The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view from the living area. Good transport links make it easy to reach the city centre. The area feels very safe. The host responded quickly when we had an issue opening the door.Cons:Some details don’t match expectations: duvets were only single size despite double beds, one room has very early morning light (3.30am) due to minimal covering, and an internal door is very noisy. (Worst of all: said by other guests, no fixing that!). There are no bathroom bins, which feels like an oversight. Women need them at least for hygiene purposes. Communication before arrival felt overly automated and focused on upselling, including pressure around leaving 5-star reviews. (In the world of hosting a five-star review means up to standards, not 5-star exceptional as in the hotel world. We generally always set 5 star reviews. We appreciate if you feel comfortable to do the same.” Cleanliness was generally OK inside, but there was dust in places.

Le logement est fidèle aux photos et à la description laissé par Andreas. Pas loin du centre-ville et facile d’accès, je recommande ce logement. Merci à Andreas qui est un super hôte.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
