Aangename studio. Op voorhand duidelijke instructies over het in- en uitchecken. Ondanks de kleine ruimte voldoende plek door het bed dat weg te steken is. Proper en aangename sfeer. Centrum Stockholm gemakkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Wij konden vlot naar het openluchtmuseum Skansen met de ferry. Indien je met de auto bent kan parkeren in de betalende parkeergarage net over het gebouw.

Great spot in a really nice neighborhood!

Elias's apartment is clean, comfortable and convenient. The bed was comfortable and has standard hotel sheets. Everything was as you would expect. The shower has lovely powerful flow, very nice. Note that the upstairs, where the bed is, has low ceilings. This was a perfect fit for us, as we are both short. The only negative thing is the thin ceilings, the people above us were stomping around constantly from 10pm into the early hours of the morning and the vibrations were too loud for me, but I am sensitive to sound. This is might not occur always, but happened during our stay unfortunately.

My husband and I stayed at Elias's place for 3 weeks. The apartment looks like the photos. Yes, it's small, and I wouldn't try it with 3, but there's a long hallway with hooks and a nearly empty closet so we were able to organize ourselves. We gave up on the loft bed pretty quickly--just too much of a pain getting in and out of it--and slept on the sofa bed, which was fine. The kitchen is small and lacks some essentials, but we read reviews and brought our own pourover top for coffee. Since we were there for 3 weeks, we bought a small baking dish, votive holders, votives, and a box grater, all of which we left for future guests. Also a small wastebasket for the bathroom. What the apartment lacked in amenities it made up for in cleanliness, lack of clutter, and location. We loved the neighborhood! So many fun restaurants, cute shops, and great walks in all directions. And when the Katarina Elevator re-opened--during our stay--the delightful walk to Gamla Stan took about 10 minutes!

This apartment was perfect for two people to spread out on a long trip. Lots to do near by, easy access to public transit and the apartment itself was very nice! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a nice part of Stockholm! Host responded quickly when we had questions as well! Five stars :)

Andreas' place was a great apartment in the center of Gamla Stan (old town in center of the city). Clean and stylish with two comfortable beds. Peaceful and lively during the day and quiet enough in the evening, situated between on a beautiful quaint street. Easy check in and check out instructions provided, a hassle-free stay. I'd stay in one of Andreas' apartments again for sure.

Il B&B è una struttura di recentissima costruzione e si trova in una posizione tranquilla. A piedi e con i mezzi pubblici si raggiunge in meno di mezz'ora il centro città. La descrizione dell'host rispecchia perfettamente la realtà, le informazioni dell'host sono perfette sia per il check-in che per il check-out. Pulizia impeccabile. Il monolocale è situato in un palazzina di recentissima costruzione con vicino altre palazzine di nuova costruzione e altre in fase di costruzione. Tutta la zona è in fase di ristrutturazione per essere migliorata. Ottimo per brevi soggiorni ma anche per soggiorni di media e lunga durata. Disponibilità massima e veloce da parte di Elias in caso di domande per chiarimenti. Voto di gradimento 10!

Wonderful stay. Quiet, residential area surrounded by nature. Good connection to the city center by subway. The apartment very comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy a stay. Highly recommended!
