Great stay in Old Town. Host was responsive. Note the unit is on the first floor so there is a flight of stairs with no elevator. The unit had washer and dryer so that was nice. 6 minute walk to the metro.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pontus' apartment. It is very cozy, well-equipped, and provides a beautiful view. Moreover, Pontus always replied very quickly. If I go to Åre once more, I would absolutely chose this place again.

Absolutely worth every penny. Situated slightly outside of the centre of Stockholm but still a very quick walk and commute into the city centre and the Old Town. Fredrik is an excellent host who was very responsive. Further, the amenities are above and beyond clean and modern, especially the kitchen and living space. I can't emphasise enough how excellent his place is.

shower booth가 좁고 shower booth door 아랫 부분의 plastic seal이 완전치 못해서 shower 할 때 floor 쪽으로 water spillage 발생. 창문 틈새로 외부 차가운 공기가 유입되어 추운 날씨의 밤에는 실내 난방이 충분하지 못할 때가 자주 있음. shower booth 입구에 있는 바닥 tile과 grout를 교체해야 됨.

Good little place across the bridge, well priced and bus comes about every 5 mins.

Mieszkanie w fantastycznej okolicy. Przyjemny widok z okna i dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. Na zdjęciach mimo wszystko nie widać, że podłoga jest krzywa a ściany są brudniejsze. Mimo tego nie przeszkadza to w dobrym korzystaniu z mieszkania. Szkoda że nie ma możliwości zostawienia bagażu na przetrzymanie, ale rzeczywiście wydaje się że nie ma miejsca by to zrobić. Ogólne wrażenie jest dobre przez świetną okolicę, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny oraz dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. Chętnie skorzystamy ponownie.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location near the center of Stockholm .. the bus station is really close to the house ! Fredrick was really communicative and polite ! Very nice experience!

Le logement correspond à l'annonce, il est très bien placé, propre et très fonctionnel.La procédure d'arrivée et de départ est claire et simple en plus d'être flexible sur les horaires (boîte à clé et digicode).Le seul point négatif de ce logement est qu'il n'y a pas de volets, un rideau épais cache largement la lumière extérieur dans la chambre (luminaire éclairé toute la nuit pour la station) mais rien de ne protège la fenêtre de la cuisine (et pas de porte de séparation), ce qui rend l'appartement éclairé même en pleine nuit.Au delà de ce petit point, le reste correspond à nos attentes et nous recommandons ce bien, ainsi que son propriétaire Andreas

The apartment is central and close to transportation, but you can walk almost everywhere of interest. It's really amazing, and even though it's in the middle of a busy area, it's quiet inside.Will stay here again! Thanks Frederik for your help!

Stayed for about a week. Definitely comfortable for one person as it’s quite compact and functional.10/10 would stay again!

The cabin I rented is part of a big complex of new buildings that host quite a lot of so called “Waterfront Cabins”, very clean and well illuminated from the outside, felt fine to walk around at evening times. The space inside the cabin is really cosy, warm and well furnished. Bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has a kettle and a coffe machine. The size of the cabin is perfect for a couple or a tiny family trip and it’s really silent. The communication with the host was smooth and he’s very responsive. Moreover, the area around is really silent too and easy to reach from the City Center (with a bus 16 or 21). Though, since this new neighbourhood is still under construction, atm the pier where the cabins are built has no facilities like restaurants or cafes in the immediate nearby. Also the nearby Jubileumsparken’s sauna is sadly close til 2024. Nonetheless, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are easily reachable in 10 minutes by foot! In fine: price is great for the place :)

Всё было супер, нам очень понравилось, расположение отличное,в квартире тепло несмотря на -10 на улице, обязательно приедем еще раз. Единственный минус,что мы не смогли разобраться как включить духовой шкаф.

Our stay at this apartment was overall a very nice experience. Its distance from the center is 40 minutes on foot and there is a metro station very close. The place was very clean and had all the essentials such as extra blankets. The bed was an one person bed so we used the sofa-bed that was perfect for two people. The heating was central and the bodies were constantly lit while there were also two mobile radiators. We noticed that the apartment was warmer after the first two days since the space had warmed up. Also there was hot water all the time but it wasn't super hot. Furthermore, the check in was very easy and there was no time restriction which was very important for us.Finally, the only problem we faced was that the oven and stove were not working. But Fredrik ensured after communicating with the landlord that he gave us a refund for the groceries we had already bought. Overall it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay there.

The apartment offered the best of both worlds. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood away from the city hustle, it was still remarkably well connected by transport. The apartment's neatness and amenities, along with the designated study table, made it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and productive work. Highly recommended for those seeking a tranquil haven with convenient city access. Noteworthy is the host's prompt responsiveness and commitment in providing a seamless experience.

Alles in allem für den Preis eine gute, funktionale Unterkunft. Etwas außerhalb aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen.Leider etwas laut durch das angrenzende Bahngelände.
