Andreas’s place is located in old town. Walking distance to all attractions in old town. Lovely neighbourhood and vibes.The only thing need to be aware is the slopes in old town. Not so easy to push luggage uphill. When it’s icy, there is a risk of slipping off. Web map might not that accurate in the street location. The narrowest street is the better way to get up the hill.The apartment is spacious and lovely. It’s just as described in the ads. It’s clean and have standard supplies.In general, it was a great stay for our family of four. Would like to rebook the apartment if we come back.

Good experience, we would definitively come again! The apartment is sparkling clean and has basic things. The surrounding area has lots of nice restaurants and shops. Easy access to public transportation. It is a safe neighborhood. Minor point of improvement: I wish there was a power outlet in the bathroom. Thank you for the stay!

Super Ausstattung Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Great accomodation, especially for the price! We had everything we needed, train station was 12 minutes away on foot and we could reach the city center easily.

Everything went nice !

Very nice host. He was quick to respond and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to get to the spot. The apartment was clean but VERY cold. There was a space heater but it didn’t help much. The floor was absolutely freezing. If I knew it’s going to be that cold I would probably bring a pair of slippers. On top of that the blankets were paper thin. We had to sleep fully clothed as there was no additional set of blankets. The cold ruined our experience but the apartment is good for the price.

Wir waren mehrere Tage dort und waren begeistert. Elias war sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt und man war schnell in der Stadt und am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist recht klein und die Dusche ist mitten in der Wohnung. Das ist vielleicht etwas ungewöhnlich aber hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Das einzige was etwas nervig war war dass die Türklinke des Badezimmers ständig abgefallen ist. Dennoch eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

Väldigt fräscht boende, bra läge nära backen.

If you will stay during winter, its not easy to get warm and if you’ll stay for a long time taking bath is definitely hard because its an extremely cozy apartment but still I enjoyed as I stayed there for 2 nights only. Thank you for very quick replies and clear instructions Elias :)

Perfekte und ruhige Lage am Wasser. Die Unterkünfte sind leicht mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür). Wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bei Ankunft leider 30 Minuten vor verschlossener Tür (digitales Schloss) gestanden. Auch der "Plan B" (Schlüsseltoken) war unglücklicherweise nicht vorhanden.Abgesehen davon sehr zu empfehlen!

Vi besökte Åre en väldigt kall vecka så vi fick verkligen tid till att vara inomhus och använda boendets faciliteter. Helt nybyggt boende med lyxiga materialval. 3 badrum, 4 mindre och 1 större sovrum. Rymligt, välplanerat kök och stora umgängesytor med stor soffa och öppen spis. Vi blev positivt överraskade över alla välfyllda lådor med bestick, glas och köksutrustning med anledningen av att boendet var helt nybyggt…saknade inget. Kort gångavstånd till mataffär, apotek, systembolag och bageri med grymma pizzor 🍕. Kimmo svarade snabbt på våra frågor och var utomordentlig värd.

Elias was fairly responsive to all inquiries. Loft was as described. Fairly new, clean and equipped with necessary appliances and kitchenware. One thing to keep in mind is the narrow staircase to the loft and low ceiling in the sleeping space. Bus stop was less than 10 minutes walk and ride into the city was also 10 minutes to Nordstan. Overall, a cost effective accommodation and worthwhile stay in Gothenberg. Thanks again!
