We loved our stay here! The apartment is just 5-6 mins walk away from the metro station, the blue line takes you directly to city center in 20 mins. It was really easy to come the apartment from Arlanda Airport as well, we took the Flygbussarna bus and hopped off at Sundbybergs Torg! The apartment was really clean, it had all of our needs, we even used the kitchen for breakfast. Def recommend it!

When arriving, we were let down by the host who gave us less than 2 hours notice that we would not be able to use the apartment at the check-in time of 4pm. We had to wait around for 2 hours before we could access it and cancel our evening plans, which was not ideal after a long journey! We weren't offered any compensation or the offer of an extended check-out time despite having to check-in at the given time of 4pm. The following day, he messaged several times to say we could pay 500 SEK (£40) for a late check-out, which seemed ironic considering we were not offered anything for the delayed check-in. The apartment itself was basic but good for what we needed - somewhere close to a station, kitchen, cooking appliances, good sized dining table and living space and a nice area. Would have liked to recommend but would not given the unreliability and lack of consideration for our time.

The apartment was great, it was close to many restaurants and grocery stores and only a few minutes from the T station. The place was comfortable and clean. Would totally recommend

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
