Lägenheten hade ett bra läge nära pisten med trevlig utsikt mot backarna. Vid online bokning där allt sker digitalt med minst 3 olika leverantörer/applikationer (AirBnb, Guestit och Assa Abloy/digital nyckel) så måste funktionerna synkroniseras och svarstider vara snabbare. Jag väntade mer än 8 tim på en bekräftelse av min fråga om nycklar på ankomstdagen. I en av applikationerna såg jag dessutom att min förlängning av utcheckningstiden hade gått igenom, men då jag även önskade en bekräftelse via meddelande funktionen fick jag besked att förlängning var omöjligt och att systemen tog tid att synka.

Överlag trevlig vistelse! Boendet stämde inte riktigt överens med beskrivningen och bilderna vid bokning, samt en del skavanker som man inte förväntade sig i och med att boendet beskrivs som ett nytt lyxigt boende.
Snabb och enkel bokning, bra kommunikation med supporten.
Värden var trevlig men vi upplevde lite svårt med kommunikationen.

Good appartement. Clean and tidy. The key system procedure was clear and simple however the bluetooth system didn't work every time. bathroom mirror was detached and put on the floor in the main room. check in and check out instructions were clear and åre is very pleasant to visit.

Great place to stay if you're planning to ski in Åre. Super close to the lift, which made getting on the slopes super convenient :)

1. We may request additional identification or information after booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV may be present in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (typically SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Charging electric vehicles on the property is prohibited unless EV charging has been explicitly included in the booking or separately arranged. Violations will result in a fee of at least SEK 1,500.
12. For properties where applicable, snow removal and ice control are not included. Guests may need to clear snow and/or treat icy surfaces around the accommodation as needed during their stay.
13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
