Great location and beautiful apartment

Elias apartment matched our expectations. The location is great. There were some small issues but Elias always responded very quickly and fixed them for us. Thank you Elias!

The place looks just like the photos and is very clean. Easy transportation into the city. Olof’a instructions made the entire process very easy.

On - on beş dakika yürüme mesafesinde güzel parklar, restoranlar ve kafelerle çevrili nezih bir muhit. Daire minimalist ama şık ve rahat. Olof, her tür soru ve soruna hemen yanıt veriyor ve dürüst bir ev sahibi. Binaya, asansöre ve daireye giriş-çıkışlarda ayrı ayrı kod girmek / akılda tutmak kimilerine zor gelebilir ama biz sorun yaşamadık. Küçük yatak odasında pencere olmaması uyku kalitesi açısından iyi ama kimilerine pek cazip gelmeyebilir. Binanın hemen yanındaki otobüs durağından 76 numaralı otobüs her yere gitmiyor, ama aktarma noktalarına ulaşmayı hayli kolaylaştırıyor. Özetle pahalılığıyla ünlü bir şehirde ekonomik bir konaklama için optimum bir seçenek.

Great place to stay

Nice place and location!

Very nice and convenient place right at the heart of the old town. Stylishly decorated with everything we need.

Nice and quite place to stay. You can get by boat or bus I did both options and either way is good if you control the schedule. Big supermarket 10 min. walk 1 bus stop. I stayed at the end of May so I have no issue arriving late.

Liten fin lägenhet som ligger centralt på söder. Nära till affär, kommunikation, restauranger mm. Som nämnts litet kök och badrum men funkar för kortare vistelser.

Another stay at some one with a name - her Olof - but turned out to be another stay at one of the many fabrics/moneymachines, where someone buys a big house, tares all walls down and makes small appartments to use on this site which should be "let's share our homes with eachother"I think the "appartment" is for 4 persons; I am SO glas that I was alone: a couple could also have a good time here.

The apartment is good and as what expected, wifi was available which was different from the instruction and the message I received before checking in. I think the wifi is newly installed, I saw a lot of comments complained about no wifi, so it was a positive surprise that the wifi was there. Two things need to be improved. One is the pipe of shower is broken so half of water was wasted during shower, this needs to be fixed. The other thing is they really need to put some blackout curtains. Sunrise started extremely early in May, the blinders didn’t work at all, the room became bright from midnight which became a big problem of getting sleep for my first night. I had to hang all my clothes at the window to block the sun.

The space was bigger than expected from the photos. It was in a great location, 10 min drive to Friends arena and to the city center. The neighborhood was walkable with restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store near by.

Alles super!Positive: Wir hatten hier einen super Aufenthalt. Einfach, bequem, hat alles was es braucht für einen Kurzaufenthalt. ÖV-Verbindungen in Laufnähe. Der Kontakt war sehr einfach und wir bekamen zu jeder Frage eine zügige Antwort. Vielen Dank!

Great apartment, lovely location.Wi-Fi didn’t work again and the toilet lights weren’t working in the toilet.

Great stay! Good location and public transport is very nearby. Off the main street so is quiet and flat felt safe. The flat is small but cozy and has everything you would need.

We had a lovely time staying at Andreas’s apartment. The accommodations had everything we needed to help us feel relaxed, welcomed in Stockholm, and to make ourselves a quick breakfast in the morning before going out to see the city. It was very quiet and peaceful in the apartment in the evenings as well. It was also a quick walk to some shopping and restaurants which was great. The place has WiFi, a coffee maker, a washer/dryer combo machine, and a TV with streaming service options among other amenities. There was a lift to get up to the 5th floor. Andreas was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful during our time there. Thank you Andreas!
