I booked this Airbnb for my colleague who visited Stockholm. My colleague was very pleased with her stay and for me as a booker it was smooth and easy to just forward the necessary info and self check-in instructions to her. Thumbs up!

after checked in, everything was perfect for me.Positive: the room was very cozy and easy access to city central by boatNegative: there are no stuff in the hotel so it would be a little bit difficult to get in before check in time.we arrived there a little earlier and somehow get in by asking to a girl who were cleaning the hotel. but she only could speak swedish, so i needed to use swedish to ask her about it.

We had a great stay and the place was perfect for our needs. Getting in to the place was a little tricky but Olof’s instructions were so clear that it was easy! We also loved the balcony.

On the positive side, the location was very beautiful, situated in a quiet area with pretty stunning views of the old town and Gröna Lund - sunsets over the city were lovely. The water bus stop was close, though other services were a bit further away.Unfortunately some cleanliness issues; e.g. toenail clippings on the floor, and the large windows were covered in smudges from footprints, toe prints, and handprints. I also had to empty the dishwasher myself upon arrival. Mentioning these just due to the high cleaning fee.Additionally, the elevator was out of order (no information about this), the staircase was very narrow, making it unsuitable for individuals with mobility issues.However, it was still a nice apartment for a short stay with a great sea view and I can warmly recommend it.

i can recommend the room to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet area that's still close to the hustle and hustle of the city and well-connected to central station by bus. Also close to Södermalm. Very clean and minimalist, and beautiful big windows. I would definitely stay there again.

Fredrik’s place was very cute. My best friend and I stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert in Stockholm. Getting to the concert arena was a breeze. The T and other main forms of transportation were extremely accessible. We memorized the Gardet exit and could find the air bnb without problem. We walked to the harbor area and to the Vasa museum. We only took an Uber once when the subway was stuck. The T goes straight to the airport and anywhere else you need to go. Also very easy to navigate. The place was perfect for two people. We put the pull out couch bed away every morning to maximize the space in the living room. The full length mirrors were very helpful for getting ready and made a perfect picture backdrop. The porch was also a nice picture taking area. Definitely would recommend! Oh and there’s a market to buy groceries a block away! Amazing!

We loved staying in Olof’s place. The description was spot on - we loved the quirkiness of the space and how amazingly dark the bedroom was. The best sleep we’ve had this trip! Highly recommend!
