We stayed at Elias’ property for a couple nights while visiting Stockholm in November and it was a wonderful experience. The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures and has all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. The building, apartment and all appliances feel new and are well maintained. Elias was a very responsive host. The property is also close to public transport and in a walkable neighborhood. Will definitely recommend considering this during your next visit!A tip: if you’re traveling from Stockholm Central, I suggest take the Commuter rail rather than the metro, and exit the Stockholm Odenplan station via the “Vanadisvägen” exit. This cuts the walk in the cold fairly short (if you’re visiting in the winter)

A beautiful view, clean and easy to get in, I really recommend this place.

This was my first experience with Airbnb, and I had a great stay at Elias's apartment. I hope he'll be able to accommodate me again the next time I'm in Stockholm.

Super Wohnung. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Ich kann die Wohnung von Fredrik nur weiterempfehlen. Werde hoffentlich noch einmal vorbeikommen.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was my second time at the property and it was very pleasant. Andreas is a very responsive host. It is easy to get to the centre of town. The surrounding area is very beautiful with water nearby.

Great location, easy walking distance around sodermalm. Bathroom is interesting but works well given the small size. Everything was as described.

Super host. He sent all the instructions and tips beforehand and was very detailed with what trains/buses to take from both the airport and the central station. The place is very secure and felt brand new. Highly recommend!

When we first arrived, the apartment assigned to us wasn't cleaned. I informed Olof, and he promptly arranged another apartment for us. We were satisfied with both the apartment and the service. Plus, it's conveniently located near all the main attractions in Stockholm.

"Olof" är ett företag som hyr ut lägenheter. Rent och snyggt och bra läge, men också totalt opersonligt. Det är tre koder för att komma in i lägenheten, en till ytterdörren, en till hissen och en till lägenheten. Vår kod till lägenheten fungerade inte men vi fick hjälp inom en halvtimme. Vill du checka ut ett par timmar senare än kl 10 kostar det 600 SEK extra. Men med det sagt: enkelt opersonligt men prisvärt boende relativt centralt i Stockholm. Värt pengarna.

Superbe logement à 12 min de la ville, dans un quartier très sympa.Il y a un ascenseur mais il ne peut transporter que 3 personnes, difficile lorsque vous êtes en groupe puisque le logement est au 5eme étage.Le petit point négatif est qu’il faut vraiment faire attention avec le bruits à partir de 22h.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, train station & walking distance to all attractions. Fredrik was great to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.
