Nice and cozy place. Centrally located with easy accessibility to food, public transport, everyday necessities and centrally located. Everything was good apart from the loud music on late weekends. Which I guess was from the club next building. Sound was bearable but can get intense for a person with sound sensitivity. Another thing I wished for more was electric contacts to charge or have an extension coming to bed. Also one heaters weren’t functioning which I guess is the responsibility of building corporation. In nutshell good place for temporary stay and Andreas is good and responsive host. High probability of booking it again if needed 😊

Excellent location and great value for the money. The only minor gripe we had was the repair work in the building starting at 7am every morning, but that's just unfortunate timing.

Veldig fin leilighet som passer beskrivelsen i annonsen. Fin beliggenhet, litt støy på morningen mtp at det er en del restauranter rundt. Får god beskrivelse og informasjon av Olof i forkant, lett å sjekke inn. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

It was a great apartment to stay in! Very cozy and really nice interior design. Also very clean and neat. The host was super nice and helped me out with all my questions. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great, flat is new and everything was as described. Elias is a great host, all instructions were very clear! We will love to come back

Very good location at Södermalm with walking distance to center. Apartments are spacious, cozy and well equipped.

Thank you to Fredrik for being an amazing host! Such a kind person who answered all my questions. Apartment was all we needed for a little weekend in Stockholm. The subway station was very close by and the area is in a nice and quiet residential area. Just a bit of a shame for the fridge that wasn’t the cleanest but that’s not something that’ll ruin my stay. Apartment looked a little bit bigger on the pictures but it was spacious enough for me and my friend 😁

Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji blisko stacji metra. Dobre wyposażenie, wygodne zameldowanie i łatwy kontakt z właścicielem, polecam ten apartament.

We were a group of five people and had a great stay there. Both bedrooms had space for clothing and there's a huge wardrobe for jackets in the hallway as well as a huge mirror.The walls are quite thin so I had my friends talking in the bedrooms sometimes but it's alright.The only thing you need to consider beforehand is that you have to separate the different kind of waste like organic, plastic, paper and general waste - and glass, as you need to throw these in different containers - which is just on the ground floor but in another door outside the building (took us a while to find it at first).Anyway Elias was always helpful and responded within minutes! Can highly recommend his apartment and him as a host.

ótima acomodação, surpreendeu as expectativas, entregando tudo o que foi prometido e ainda com a disponibilidade em ajudar do Anfitrião sempre que precisamos. Estávamos com uma dúvida sobre a lava louças quase 9pm, mandamos mensagem e ele se prontificou a procurar e nos ajudar, fazendo com que a máquina funcionasse. Super recomendo!

Outlook of the apartment is very nice. The surrounding area is very quiet and the room temperature was very comfortable. Local supermarket is also available by 10 minutes walk.
