Modern eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage mit Bushaltestelle, Coop, Kanal und Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Anmietprozess war aufgrund der Anzahl an Dokumenten/Regelungen etwas aufwändig. In Küche und Bad war die Vornutzung (betreutes Wohnen?) deutlich zu erkennen. Ein Parkplatz in 10min Entfernung war über stockholmparkering (dot) se - Visitor Parking gut zu finden und kostete ca. 20 € pro Tag (via App easy parking). Der Baulärm hielt sich in Grenzen,wobei wir allerdings auch von morgens bis abends unterwegs waren. In der Wohnung selbst war es ansonsten sehr ruhig,von anderen haben wir nichts mitbekommen.

The apartment was amazing for our family of 4. It is very spacious, bedrooms, living room and kitchen are huge. the apartment was spotless clean which was very important for us with a crawling baby. The balcony has a direct view over the water and was very cozy to sit on. It is also in walking distance to the subway, supermarket and restaurants. The city is just a few subway stations away. The host was very responsive.Only the bathrooms are quite old and could use a renovation. Floors and shower stall show the age. The shower stall misses a door and the holder for the shower head doesn't hold the head up anymore. But despite age, everything was very clean. Also note that you need to take 10-15 steps to enter the building. Also the elevator is quite small such that it couldn't fit our stroller. Being on the third floor meant a lot of carrying for us with two kids and a stroller. Nevertheless, we would definitely come again for the space, cleanliness and location of the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einem modernen Hochhaus. Sie ist modern ausgestattet und hat alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Ein Supermarkt, eine sehr gute Pizzeria und weiter Gaststätten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war für uns (Familie mit zwei jugendlichen Kindern) der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Stockholm zu erkunden, aber auch entspannte Stunden in der Wohnung zu verbringen. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz, um Zeit gemeinsam zu vollbringen oder auch auf dem Balkon entspannt zu sitzen.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e i miei figli in questa abitazione. La zona è immersa nel verde, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici con un supermercato vicino, la casa molto accogliente, molto comoda, ben arredata, con spazi grandi e un balcone con un delizioso affaccio.Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita. Sicuramente un appartamento da consigliare

Tolles Apartment, das Stadtzentrum war durch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Alles war sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Kritikpunkt ist allerdings die Schlafcouch, es war schwierig für uns, sie auf- und abzubauen.

L’appartement est bien avec de l’équipement toutefois pour s’améliorer quelques ajustements sont nécessaires pour mettre le minimum à disposition des hôtes (ex: huile, poivre, etc) et éviter de tout acheter à l’ICA. Également, il avait quelques défauts non mentionnés: Lumières qui marchait pas dans la salle de bain, store cassé donc je dormais avec la lumière à partir de 3h du mat, lunette des toilettes cassée, etc. Hôte réactif sinon même s’il s’agit d’une agence.

Perfect location, beautiful apt with interesting structure…we had a great time as a family

Nice place to stay to spend some time in Stockholm with friends or family. City centre is easy to access and friendly neighbourhood.
