Appartement neuf, idéalement placé juste en face de Stockholm, accessible en bateau (ligne 82) pour le prix d'un ticket de bus, avec une bonne fréquence de passage.Conforme aux photos (attention, tous les appartements n'ont pas la vue mer...). Nous avions un appartement 4 couchages avec une fenêtre vers l'Est, vue verdure sans vis-à-vis.Par contre, l'équipement de cuisine était un peu juste (nombre d'assiettes, de verres et de couverts), la table était très petite, même pour un petit déjeuner à trois, et il manquait de rangements pour les valises.On entend un peu le bruit de l'escalier métallique, mais rien de bien gênant.La climatisation fonctionnait, et nous pouvions l'arrêter ou la régler.à conseiller.

Tolle Wohnung, Check-in war problemlos. Wohnung sehr hellhörig, laute Baustelle direkt nebenan. Dennoch ein gutes AirBNB!

Je recommande cet appartement car il est très bien situé par rapport au centre-ville de Stockholm (20mn). Appartement situé dans un quartier calme proche du métro, il est très fonctionnel (toutefois un four micro-ondes serait un plus) et conforme aux photos. Elias est très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions, c’est très agréable merci encore.

Perfect location, nice and modern apartment, very quiet and close to the sea. Everything worked perfectly, easy, accurate instructions, reliable communication. We would definitely come back!

amazing place in the heart of Gamla Stan meant it was easy to walk and explore Stockholm. The place is cosy and had everything we needed.

We were two adults and two small children and we had a pleasant stay at Andreas! The main appeal of the flat is the location - in a quiet neighborhood, very close to an amazing swimming spot on the lake, and close to super convenient metro lines. It was the perfect location to relax after a long day of exploring.The flat itself is rudimentary, clean and functional. The downside was the bathroom, which had a foul smell and was quite old and not very pleasant to use. Overall the flat matched our expectations but would need a few tweaks to be an exceptional experience.
