The location is perfect on the heart of Södermalm. The apartment is quite small but is very clean and check in and check out procedures are very clear, although communication is a bit impersonal.

We spent a very good stay ! The bathroom is very small but practical. Elias is responsive. The appartement was very clean. And the localisation in Sodermalm next to everything, perfect !

I would recommend the Appartement- only problem: there is no shower/ no real shower/ difficult to wash.

Great appartement with perfect location for sightseeing - walking distance to most of the sights. For us (2 people) it was comfortable and spacious, enough storage room. It is not very soundproofed, garbage truck woke us up early in the morning.

Place is cozier than the pics portray~ super clean, has all the necessities. The wifi is spotty however, something to think about if you need to work. Otherwise, it's super quaint, perfect location. I would stay there again.

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt nah zur Innenstadt. Mit Bahn und Bus kommt man schnell zum Ziel. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Elias’ apartment situated in the best location possible, the SoFo is full of trendy shops and there are many eateries near by. Metro station, supermarkets, and pharmacies just steps away. The apartment is bright and spacious and well-equipped. Very cozy and convenient. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The communication with Elias also very easy and smooth. We’d highly recommend his place ☺️

The apartment was very clean, with clean towels and sheets, and exactly how we expected it to be. The location is great (Södermalm is full of cute restaurants and places) and close to the other areas (20min subway ride). Communication was easy and Elias gave us good adresses !

Wonderful apartment in a great location. If you want to experience Stockholm's hippest area, Södermalm, Elias' apartment is the place to rent. Very clean and modern with all the conveniences that you need. We were four adults and although the place is not huge, it never felt cramped.Communication with Elias was excellent. Smooth check-in and checkout. Food markets, restaurants and boutiques, all within a short walking distance. 5 Stars experience!!! We hope to be back in the future.

Appartamento sito nell'isola più turistica di Stoccolma, posto al terzo piano - senza ascensore - di un vecchio e tipico palazzo della città. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, come ampiamente dimostrato dalle foto riportate nel sito e ben organizzato.Molto ben servito, in termini di negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni principali della città. Comodo anche per raggiungere la metropolitana. Lo consigliamo.

Lägenheten ligger väldigt centralt och ett mycket bättre alternativ än ett hotellrum

This place is everything advertised and in my opinion more. Spacious and great for 1-2 people. Didn’t use the sofabed so don’t know about 2+ for sleeping. Location was very good for a Stockholm visit. Don’t hesitate to reserve.

Keurig nieuw en schoon loft. Het ligt op het eiland Lindigö dat iets verder van de stad ligt, maar met bus en metro goed te bereiken. Het ligt aan een drukkere weg, die wat geluidsoverlast veroorzaakt. Gratis parkeren was top! Het appartement kan warm worden vooral het slaapgedeelte onder het dak. Lekker bakkertje en supermarkten ( coop en Lidl) vlakbij.

very smooth and efficient communication and check in.location is a bit far off, but we knew that and we liked to walk. there are restaurants and supermarkets close by.the apartment is nice, the second bedroom very small, so is the bathroom. for a family no problem. beds are very comfortable. would recommend Andreas place

The room was clean and cozy. But lots of rules and lots of fine if you do some thing wrong by mistake.. for example 7500 if turn fire alarm, loss of key, if you make disturbance to the neighbor’s etc… I felt it is too much of rules and regulations..
