Ett helt fantastiskt boende med utmärkt läge, nära till vandring och Åre by samtidigt som det var lugnt och stillsamt. Gott om utrymme för oss (två vuxna och tre tonåringar + mountainbikes). Ett stort plus för fin altan och jacuzzi. Toppklass och kan varmt rekommenderas 😊

Kimmo är en mycket bra värd. Snabb kommunikation och är mån om att allt skall finnas i lägenheten. Han tar till sig av feedback och är professionell.

Really great spot in Stockholm. The WiFi didn’t work, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but overall the experience was great.

Fint boende. Prisvärt. Utmärkt avstånd från centrum om man är pigg och kan gå 10 min. Inget atg klaga på. Superbra!

The location is perfect to visit Stockholm. Moreover it’s quite and pleasant.2 comments: there is a washing machine but it’s was not allowed to be used. Only 2 bedrooms were prepared whereas we rented the flat to have 3 bedrooms.

Amazing view of Åre lake and the mountains! Clean and functional apartment. Big and nice bathroom. Very close to Åre torg and trails for hiking and biking. The apartment is situated up a steep hill, so if you do not have a car you get good exercise!

The apartment was very clean and the host very nice and helpful. However the kitchen is very small. It is not convenient to cook and eat as there is no table. Plan to eat mostly outside.

Perfect located in the heart of the old city, this bright and characterful apartment was exactly what we hoped it would be.

Lovely apartment in the hearth of Sodermalm, an ideal location close to the center and full of bars and restaurants. The flat was sparkling clean and very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.Some minor maintenance is needed to fix some lights and floor tiles but the host was super responsive and offered to send someone right away.

What a great apartment! It is new and modern with a fantastic view. Beyond that, it's full of thoughtful touches like multiple hanging hooks in every room and a well-appointed kitchen with all the things you need for a meal at home. Drive-up access to the front door makes loading and unloading easy, and you can bike straight onto the Björnen trails.

We had a nice stay at this apartment. Cafés are closeby as well as supermarkets and restaurants. It is a nice neighborhood. It takes some 15 minutes to walk to the old center but using these electric steps is fun and a fast way yo cover the city. Recommended!

Clean and easy to check in

We had a nice two week stay in the apartment. It's clean and bright. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The beds and linen comfortable. The second bedroom is on the small side as the bed takes up most of the room. The two teenagers who shared it started whining about it after the first week. But the living room couch is wide and comfortable and solved the problem. The other drawback would be the size of the bathroom. I have wine glasses that are bigger. A plus is that you can rest your chin on the sink while sitting on the toilet. Otherwise it's clean and modern like the rest of the place. Again we stayed two weeks which might be longer than most people and for shorter stays you probably wouldn't mind. The area is quiet and calm and away from the hustle and bustle of the center yet the subway station is two minutes walking distance and the train takes six minutes and two stops to reach all the action. I grew up in the city and know it well and this area is a good base. One of the best parts of it is its proximity to the open fields of Gärdet that are a few minutes away. I took a walk there every day and also used the outdoor gym. A twenty minute walk across the grass takes you to the verdant park of Djurgården. It puts any other city park to shame and is my favorite place in the city. So it's a great location in my book. Unless you need a little extra elbow room this is a good place to stay. Thanks.
