Süsse kleine Wohnung, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm. Schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser und sehr ruhige Umgebung. Wohnung gut erreichbar mit Tram und zu Fuss.

Super nice area - very quiet & pretty!

Really excellent stay. Thank you so much! It was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well-equipped. Very nice and helpful host, everything in line with description, really nice apartment and great location! It's also a short walk from the subway and you can walk to the King Castle if you don't mind walking a little😊I definitely recommend.

Jag hade en jättebra vistelse i den här lägenheten. Den är mindre men väldigt praktisk och smart byggd.

The Appartement is for 3 people small but clean. If you arrive by car you can easily park the car on the public parking lot next to the water front cabins, just don’t forget to get a ticket. If you arrive by bus, the Frihamnsporten is a good station to walk of, with the benefit of a nice walk thru the park, passed a outside pool and a sauna. Communication with the landlord ist easy and direct. You get the key box from a central locations for keys. The room is professional cleaned and provides towels and bedsheets. The kitchen is small but with all essentials to cook breakfast or a small meal.

Het verblijf was precies zoals op de foto's, alles was schoon en opgeruimd bij aankomst en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Duidelijke instructies van de Host over hoe we bij het verblijf moesten komen en hoe we binnen konden komen.

The apartment has everything you need for a few days, you can quickly reach the supermarket or the subway station. Also it is not far outside Centrum, so you can well explore Stockholm. Andreas is a very good and organized host, who answered questions quickly. We had a good time and can recommend it :)

We had a great stay! The apartment is quite cozy and all our expectations were met. Close to public transport. Elias gave us all of the necessary information in advance and was very kind.

nous avons échangé numériquement avec Olof sur les informations pratiques uniquement.L'appartement est clair et a de beaux volumes. Manquant un peu de lumière le soir. Nous avons loué une voiture et le fait de pouvoir la recharger au pied de l'immeuble était vraiment appréciable.L'appartement est un peu loin des commerces.

Lots of positives here, not least of which was the location. The apartment is situated right in the heart of Gamla Stan, one of the most photogenic places I've ever visited.The place was warm and cosy which was important as it was freezing outside.Elias' instructions and communications were generally prompt and very clear.The beds are comfortable and the coffee machine with fresh beans was a big hit with us.The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook a simple meal and as we were staying for a week, it was great to have the washing machine and dryer.Not so great was the fact that the hot water ran out very quickly and even when it was there it wasn’t very hot. The apartment is in a very old part of town so you expect and get, quirky features - sloping floors, age-worn steps and banisters and squeaky doors, which are all quite charming. But it is a little cluttered and the dripping shower and hot water service need attention if it is to cater for six as the listing suggests

I booked two days before, Elias accepted my booking request within 2hours. easy communication, self check-in. Modern and clean flat close to the main station

We had a nice stay. The apartments are located in an old port. The area is still developing, and i think it‘s superb during summertime. Tram and bus station are very close (5-10 minutes walk). The room was very clean, the only thing i can criticize is the air condition. I think this is not enough to heat the roomcompletely during winter. Furthermore we didn’t hav that much cutlery (only one fork for example…). Besides that it was very nice and you can‘t complain much with that price.
