Très bien dans l’ensemble arrivée flexible donc très pratique car notre avion a atterrit assez tard, de plus c’est une résidence calme et très propre. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin

Nice clean place. Frequent buses into Stockholm centre. Only minor issue is nearest shop is a hilly 15 mins walk

Η διανομή μας ήταν υπέροχη στο κατάλυμα.Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες,ο χώρος ήταν ζεστός και άνετος .Είχαμε μια αμφιβολία στην αρχή για τους 19-23 βαθμούς αλλά υπήρχαν στιγμές που ήμασταν με t-shirt.Καυτό νερό,το μπάνιο ήταν απόλαυση. Ικανοποιητικά σκεύη για μαγείρεμα ,είχε σεσουάρ μαλλιών (δεν το χρησιμοποίησα είχα δικό μου).Πολύ καλή συγκοινωνία είτε με λεωφορείο (ένα τέταρτο από το κέντρο) ,είτε με ferry.Ήσυχη περιοχή. Ο Andrea απαντάει γρήγορα σε μηνύματα για οποιαδήποτε απορία.

Elias’ apartment is very well situated, close to streets with plenty of restaurants and cafes, as well as the metro. The studio is perfect for 2 people, and had everything needed (towels, shampoo, cooking equipment…). Communication with Elias was smooth. Absolutely recommend!

I loved my weeklong stay here! Everything seems brand new and very well thought out. The little kitchen had everything I needed for breakfast and any other meals that I decided to eat in. I stayed in one of the rooms with not so much of a view, but I loved being surrounded by the wall of the “ruin”. There are two bus routes close by – one right down the block and another just a few minutes away. The number 80 ferry is just down the hill, and one stop away on it is the Vasa ship museum, the Nordisk Museet, and many other things visitors will be interested in. Getting to the ferry does require going down several flights of outside stairs, so not good for arriving or departing if you have much luggage! I didn’t see a nearby grocery, but that didn’t matter, as at the end of my day I would get a few groceries in the city before heading back. There is a hotel, Elite Hotel Marina, by the 80 ferry, just in case you want a place close by for a meal.

Andreas was a great host, the communication with him was smooth, but something was unexpected which was the filling form were we have to enter a lot of details about the trip , our flight, IDs and other stuffs…Plus a fee waiver of 295 SEK like an insurance which was a bit stressful. Besides that, all the amenities were there, there were no issues. Also the host was always responsive. The apartment was big for us: 3 people. The view was wonderful and only 5-10 min walk to the station.
