Un apartamento muy cómodo, en una zona muy buena y tranquila, pero cerca de todo lo necesario.

Olof responded quickly to all our questions. Location of the apartment is great, with a coop right in front of the building. It’s also a cute and safe walk from main sites of Gamla Stan. A few downs : no wash cloth, no sink stopper so difficult to wash clothes or dishes, sofa bed was ok but it’s not a sofa bed you can open to make a « bed », it’s more of a large sofa, I would not sleep 2 on it. Overall I would recommend and consider going back if in the area!

Great location, nice view, clean & everything you need. Walkable location to the city & cute neighborhood.

We stayed at Fredrik’s place while attending the Eras Tour and really enjoyed our time here! The airbnb was spotless and was within a good and quiet building with an easy check in. Super easy to get to Friends Arena from here and the subway is a quick walk away (and very easy to navigate) to get into old town and other parts of Stockholm.

Vi var i Stockholm for Taylor Swift konsert. Leiligheten lå litt utenfor sentrum, men det var enkelt å ta toget inn til sentrum og til Solna og Friends arena. Rolig og koselig nabolag. Leiligheten var fin og fresh og inneholdt det vi hadde behov for. Sengene var litt harde og vi savnet en ekstra sofa og TV i stuen, men ellers perfekt. Verten var svært hjelpsom og ga oss mye nyttig informasjon.Anbefales!

Although the entrance did give off a hospital vibe, the apartment was cozy and stylish. The area is really safe and quiet and everything is accessible either by foot or with public transportation.

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood next to the lake with beautiful views. You can walk down along the cliffs next to the water for sunbathing or a picnic and swim in the lake.

Great adventure in Stockholm!!! Close to thw Metro and right by a pedestrian food street (during the summer). Great place to stay!

Nice location infront of coop

large apartment. easy direct bus to central station and beyond stops minutes away. a few nice restaurants and coop grocery store in the neighborhood. bed was comfortable which is important to me. nice neighborhood.

We had a great stay. Check in and checkout was easy! The apartment was spacious and perfect for two couples and our child. The shower is a little odd as other reviews have pointed out, but it didn’t affect us at all! The water pressure and temperature was great and we just put lots of towels down prior to showering. The beds were super comfortable. I would stay here again! Close to a small grocery and burger food truck. Close to a park and walkable to the train station.

The place is ok for a short stay. For longer stay, the place is smaller than it look on the photos. The entrance and halls smells a bit to garbage all time. There was limited amount of toilet paper. The pillows were not very comfortable. And the doors stop working sometimes (both apartment and entrance) overall is a good place for a short stay but might be not the best for a longer one.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, Stockholm ist gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen.

Great stay! Small but functional

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles hat super funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

The apartment itself was OK. Newly renovated, bright and clean. It is located in the residential area, from where you can easily reach the central part of the city. There are some restaurants in walking distance.However there are other things which make it not so great:- there is a construction site right under the window, so you get a mandatory wakeup call at 7:30. Yes, it is mentioned in the description- second bedroom has no windows and the bed barely fits in it- there is a whole bunch of the requirements, rules, and obligations the manager of this property bombards you with. You need to provide your FB and linkedin account- you need to confirm in writing that you will comply with their rules, otherwise you won't be given the check in instructions- I got 7 nagging reminders that I have to check out by 11 for the 5 days I was staying there.- the corridor smells horribly- the light in the corridor is turned off at 7pm- elevators randomly stop opening doors

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding! Erg handig dat je met codes binnen kan komen en dus ook later kan aankomen. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het gebouw voelt een beetje aan als een soort gevangenis, maar de kamers zijn prima ingericht en locatie is perfect!
