Olof’s apartment was very nice. The bedrooms are extremely bright in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask.

We loved our time in this apartment. It was very spacious and had a cute balcony. Short walk uphill from the metro, getting to and from city center was very convenient.

Thank you Fredrik for hosting us. Very easy to get into town from this home and beautiful grass yard was an amenity we didn’t even know we had! I would stay here again.

Very neat and lovely one bedroom with contemporary Ikea furniture. It’s in a quiet suburban area and you have to walk about 10 minutes to the closest station, but from there it’s very close to the central area.

The apartment was well located in a quiet neighborhood with the balcony overlooking a lovely park. Subway station is just down the street from the building, so easy to go anywhere you want in Stockholm. The place is clean and tidy, well supplied kitchen. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Clean linens and towels. The neighborhood had many excellent restaurants and grocery store. Walk 5 minutes to the coastline walking trail with natural beauty and cafes. I downloaded a food delivery app (we used Wolt) and had groceries delivered to the address to save me from carrying too much, but you can also walk to one nearby. The place was expensive, but prices all around had increased due to demand at the time we were there. Fredrik was very responsive to questions. I would stay there again if visiting Stockholm.

Location is beautiful with access to nature reserve, ferry to central Stockholm, a superb ICA store for food within 15 min walk (or quick by bus), restaurants within 5 min and tasty ice-cream place by ferry. Quite location and lovely mix of holiday vibs and access to town

We loved our stay in this welcoming flat. We were five adult women (cousins and nieces) and Olof’s space was cozy without being too cramped. The beds are comfortable, the large windows opened to let in the lovely fresh spring air, the kitchen was small but sufficient. For our group, one bathroom was a bit tight, but totally workable. The location was pretty ideal - a quiet street with little traffic, but very close to public transit and good restaurants, and walkable into Gamla Stan and even beyond.

I had a great stay - the place was lovely, clean and in a great area. I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The only problem is too noisy at the street especially the workers offloading the food and stuff in the morning. But it can’t be avoided in the old town and also a restaurant downstairs. Overall it’s a good experience to stay here. We like it very much.

Le logement est vraiment en centre ville avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients. Le logement est vraiment très bien situé mais les vitres sont sont juste du double vitrage donc on entend très bien les personnes dans le bar à côté et la rue.pour les oreilles sensibles, l'une des deux chambres n'est pas possible (bruyant jusqu'à 23 heures et il y a du bruit à partir de 6 heures)

In general, the apartment was good, aesthetic, convenient location, equipped somewhat minimally but enough. It's important for me to point out something that may sound petty, but to me it was a flaw in the experience and I haven't encountered it in any apartment so far (and I've stayed in dozens of apartments...) - we arrived with a little baby and the check-in was only at three o'clock, so I asked if it was possible to go a little earlier. The response surprised me very much- Olof said that it was possible but with payment (by the way, this also applies to late check-out) in my view it is greedy - if the apartment is empty anyway and I paid a large amount (this is not a cheap apartment at all!!) then ask for an additional payment for an -hour or two is -in my opinion- unnecessary and greedy.

Elias was a fantastic host. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and the people were very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Elias gave such great instructions we had no trouble at all finding the place and checking in! He also provided great instructions about how to travel to the space from the airport! Made our trip very smooth!

Fredrik was a great host—communicative and flexible. The place was perfect for the four of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and was clean and well-maintained. It was close to the train which made it easy to get in and out of the city center.
