We had a wonderful stay at Andreas' Airbnb. The key handover was extremely simple and straightforward, and the apartment truly matched the pictures. Our only critique was the absence of cutlery, which we had to procure ourselves. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Airbnb :)

Wonderful apartment! Much nicer in reality than in the photos. Perfect location by the water with a magical view. It is a bit noisy, though. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

An incredibly pleasant accommodation that offers excellent value for money. It features beautiful parquet floors and a cozy interior in a combined living and sleeping area, just as shown in the photos. Getting to the city is simple by subway, with a journey of about 20-30 minutes. The only suggestions for improvement are:The ceiling light displays an uncomfortably noticeable flickering effect; while some bulbs may have a subtle flicker, these do not, possibly because they are not suited for use in a dimmable fixture or require a different power setting. Also, the metal lamp by the bed has a damaged base, causing it to wobble noticeably. Other aspects that are more challenging to address include:The linoleum floor in the bathroom has yellowed and appears somewhat worn. The water pressure in the shower is less than ideal, and it takes quite a long time to get hot water even on the first floor. The apartment is also quite sensitive to noise. Overall, it is a fantastic place to stay and very reasonably priced!
