It is clean, attractive, and well located. All the information works well. The lamp in the living room did not work. We reported it, but nothing happened. The contact seems impersonal since it appears to be managed by a company, however, everything else is fine! The apartment is nice and in an excellent location!

The overall stay was ok, the place was close to the Stockholm messe that we were visiting and easy to find. Good spaces. Still there were some hiccups. The place was not perfectly clean, the sofa bed blankets were full of hair and we had to remove them ourselves and the dishes in the kitchen were also dirty, we had to wash them before using them. At the beginning of the stay the landlord was very pushy in making us respect a lot of rules that for us felt strange and pressing. We were obliged to give our social media accounts and we were told that any noise above 75db would have triggered a sound alarm, so we were afraid all the time to make any noise, for instance a 2KW Hairdryer surpasses 75DB, and this make the stay a little unpleasant. In the end, I would recommend if you have some business to do near the convention center, the price was still good.

Nice space and friendly landlord

Everything was fine.

Great place for leisure holidays especially in winter. Very handy ski-in/ski-out which is very useful and to get, in a few minutes on slopes, from the room.Room is perfectly situated with a great view on lake with sunset. Åre centre for evening hang out and shopping is a few minutes away and all accommodation is spotless with all equipment.

Positive: Very good lodging, very affordable and in a great location in Södermalm.

Super stay, two nightsPositive: Excellent connection by the city ferry to an island with plenty of attractions, along with convenient access to the center. Fantastic room view. Peaceful surroundings.Negative: Everything was wonderful.
